A thread of (most) of my QSMP animatics :) Starting with the one that accidentally predicted arguably the most stressful arc of the qsmp: LOST! #qsmpfanart youtu.be/oFo23-dGDCc?si=EA4o…

in a slop genAI world, watching the charlie brown holiday specials is almost too much to bear at times. every inch of it is so lovingly and beautifully crafted

There are abhorrent levels of entitlement on social media lately: demanding to know why someone blocked you, forcing people to tell you their life story to ensure they're allowed to enjoy dark media, policing people's interests because you swear you're the β€œbetter fan.”

We also need to understand that it's actually good for kids to be scared and not be babied.... I understand every kid is different, but I was 6 yeas old when I saw Curse of the Black Pearl. WILDWOOD is no darker/harsher than that or its two sequels that I also saw as a child.

wildwood is one of those animated films that, like spiderverse or arcane or klaus before it, makes you walk out of it thinking that animation is one of the greatest mediums of art and storytelling ever achieved I genuinely cannot stop thinking about it

i think this is why songs from tangled the series sound so much better than songs from recent disney movies. alan menken and glenn slater wrote and composed the songs and broadway actors like eden espinosa, jeremy jordan, and james monroe iglehart were part of the cast.

I'm really confused why Disney hasn't figured out why their last few movies haven't been long lasting cultural touchstones. Like girl WHERE ARE THE BROADWAY SOUNDTRACKS? The last banger was Encanto because you had LIN MANUEL MIRANDA!!! YOUR RENAISSANCE WAS CARRIED BY MUSICALS!

a good writer actually avoids interacting with fandom because fandom will destroy your work
