Testing the latest Skylight Wallet upgrade from @MagicGrants.
AFAIK it’s the only Monero wallet that lets you switch between a Monero LWS (Light Wallet Server - offloads blockchain sync and transaction scanning to a server so the wallet stays always synced) and a regular Monero node.
Heavy job done here! 👏
Using it connected to my own Monero LWS, switching between my own node, both over Tor. 😎

BTCPay Server 2.4.3 is out!
If you’re running a release candidate from our temporary private security repository, updating will move you to the open-source release.
As @NicolasDorier mentioned, we’ll remain focused on strengthening security as we adapt to a landscape AI-shaped landscape.
Huge thanks to our team, the Bitcoin Red Team, @ProjectLoupe, @premai_io, @MagicGrants, independent security researchers, and everyone who helped test this release.
BTCPay Server v2.4.3 is now available!
Following the release candidates published from our temporary private security repository, today we are releasing the final, fully open-source version of v2.4.3.
This is another security-focused update, and we strongly recommend upgrading as soon as possible.
As with v2.4.2, external access to the LND API remains restricted. This means remote integrations such as Zeus may not work with BTCPay-hosted LND nodes for now.
A huge thank you to every contributor, security researcher and community member who helped review, test, and strengthen this release. The past few weeks have been intense, and this release would not have been possible without you.
If you are running one of the previous release candidates, updating will automatically switch your installation to the open-source release.
To update, go to Server Settings → Maintenance → Update, or run btcpay-update(.)sh from the command line after removing the parentheses.

Our team recently completed a security audit of @SeraiDEX distributed key generation (DKG) for @MagicGrants.

Serai's one-round, robust Distributed Key Generation protocol has had its implementation audited by @LeastAuthority! This is critical for our fault tolerance against offline/malicious validators. Least Authority are experts in cryptography and were the ideal auditors for this.
Privacy Guides recently released this video showing how to use a die to generate a cryptocurrency seed phrase completely offline with true randomness.

MAGIC Grants recently had @trailofbits, a leading cybersecurity and research firm, audit certain cryptography for Monero's forthcoming FCMP++ upgrade. This upgrade will substantially increase the privacy of Monero transactions.
