This has to be the most unlikeable Newcastle United side in recent memory. Not seen so many bang average players who hide, lack character, bottle tackles, are lazy, lack leadership, etc since that bunch of dossers McClaren had to work with. #NUFC

The referee is not good. Really not good. But #NUFC were the better team for the first 25-30 minutes and they’ve gone in two down. That’s not all down to the ref. Wasteful at both ends of the pitch.

A half of extraordinary quality at Selhurst Park. By which I mean absolutely awful. Generally poor final ball from Crystal Palace, generally poor every ball from Newcastle. It's just great stuff.

I simply refuse to accept that Toure, Bamba and Steur are worse than these lot, just simply isn't possible, we could put some of NUFC's blind players in this 11 and they'd improve it
