I did the same VTP training with @JustinAPater from @MilrdOrg and found it incredibly useful to learn how to QC scRNA-seq data (&more) in a more realistic aws environment. Lots of hands-on help and a fantastic learning experience. Special thx to @paulscheid!
1/4 Science Tweeps! Last week I completed the Single-cell Transcriptomics + Lung Cell Characterization Virtual Training Project(bit.ly/3dv7eZD) from @MilrdOrg and loved it!!! โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ I highly recommend this for anyone looking to get started with scRNAseq analysis.
