been looking at this whole 24/7 stock trading thing again, and theres one detail that keeps bothering me (especially with more tokenized stocks popping up everywhere)
u can trade a tokenized stock on sunday, sure. but that doesnt always mean u can mint or redeem it on sunday.
take robinhood stock tokens. they keep trading onchain over the weekend, while the normal minting and redemption window is closed. so prices can drift away from the underlying stock, with one of the usual ways to correct that gap temporarily unavailable.
and apparently, this isnt just a theoretical problem.
Bitquery studied 13 weekends across 6 issuers and 132 stocks. by sunday evening, the typical token had priced in only 10% of its monday opening move. it predicted the correct direction just 56% of the time.
(so basically a coin flip with extra steps lol)
now @OndoFinance has brought 15 tokenized stocks and ETFs to robinhood chain, with 11 paired against robinhood versions through @Uniswap v4 pools.
the interesting bit is the weekend liquidity route. eligible traders can use supported Ondo assets with 24/7 minting and redemption, swapping between the two token versions and bridging when needed.
that gives traders another way to close price gaps while robinhoods own redemption window is shut.

im curious how those pools will actually perform over the next few weekends. especially when liquidity gets thin and someone tries to arbitrage a big price difference.
(the real test is usually a lot less pretty than the announcement)

What Does $3.4B TVB Mean?
When Optimum announced its Ethereum mainnet launch, one number immediately caught attention: $3.4 billion in Total Value Boosted (TVB).
But what does that number actually represent?
It is not money deposited into Optimum, nor is it the protocol's revenue or TVL. Instead, TVB represents the estimated dollar value of ETH staked by validators connected to Optimum's mump2p acceleration network.
At launch, Optimum reported more than 1.4 million ETH connected across approximately 22,000 validators and 16 node operators. This represents the scale of the Ethereum staking activity benefiting from its data acceleration infrastructure.
Why does this matter?
Optimum is not changing how Ethereum validators stake their ETH. Its goal is to improve how quickly blocks move across the network. By connecting professional node operators to mump2p, it aims to improve block propagation and make validator operations more efficient.
One thing worth remembering is that the dollar value of TVB can change with ETH's market price, even when the amount of connected stake stays the same.
So, the $3.4B figure is primarily a measure of network reach, not money managed by Optimum.

Total monthly active addresses: 26.9M
@opBNB 27.7%
@base 27.2%
@arbitrum One 18.3%
These three networks currently capture 73.2% of the reported L2 market share.
One overlooked part of self-custody is managing access without putting cold wallet security at risk.
@zerufinance addresses this with Delegate integration, giving users a way to manage vault activity through a hot wallet while keeping their cold wallet disconnected.
Less friction in daily operations, with asset security still kept separate.

well, was gonna call it a night, then this whole @binance situation showed up (sleep can wait i guess)
onchain researchers are tracking up to ~$5.8b in suspected outflows linked to binance wallets across multiple chains. tether and circle have already frozen ~$2.4b in $USDT and $USDC, although the final loss figure is still unconfirmed.
but ive been looking at the EIP-7702 part, and its pretty wild.
apparently, binance 14 was delegated to a malicious contract through EIP-7702. basically, this feature lets a regular ethereum wallet run smart contract code. once the delegation was active, a relayer called the wallet and swept ~167k $ETH along with dozens of tokens.
now check this detail from Blockaid.
each had a different nonce (basically the wallets transaction counter). apparently the attacker didnt know which nonce would be current when the transaction landed, so they submitted all 50. only one matched, and that was enough to activate the malicious delegation.
(50 different authorizations for an exchange hot wallet. how the hell did someone get those?)
thats actually what im most curious about. did someone compromise the signing infrastructure, get access to private keys, or somehow obtain those signatures without the keys?
still no confirmed answer.
binance says theres no confirmed impact to user funds and the investigation is ongoing. and from what we know so far, EIP-7702 itself wasnt broken.
but imagine having a wallet full of assets, and someone only needs one matching authorization to make it execute their code.
kinda terrifying when u think about it.
anyway, gn (hopefully no more billion dollar surprises tonight)

managing multiple vaults shouldnโt mean exposing your cold wallet every time you interact onchain.
@zerufinance Delegate integration offers another route: use a connected hot wallet to access vaults linked to your cold wallet, while keeping the latter disconnected.
thereโs a useful idea here: making wallet access more convenient without ignoring security.
while giving onchain activity a role in how users build reputation and earn rewards.
Privacy Is Becoming the Next Foundation of DeFi.
For years, DeFi has celebrated transparency, but thereโs another side to that story: every visible balance, trading position, and financial move can expose valuable information.
This is where @fhenix changes the conversation.
With CoFHE, powered by Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), smart contracts can compute on encrypted data without revealing the underlying information.
Think about what this unlocks:
โ Traders protecting strategies from unnecessary exposure.
โ Lending protocols evaluating collateral without publishing sensitive positions.
โ Confidential stablecoins enabling more private financial activity.
โ Developers building applications where privacy and composability work together.
What makes Fhenix particularly interesting is its Dual-Mode Asset approach: one asset can support both public and confidential balances without requiring a separate wrapped token.
And with CoFHE Mainnet now live on Ethereum and Arbitrum, the conversation is moving beyond technical possibilities toward real application development.
But the real milestone won't simply be another integration or announcement.
It will be seeing developers ship useful products, users adopt confidential finance, and institutions trust encrypted computation in real-world workflows.
The next evolution of DeFi isn't about hiding everything. It's about giving users control over what becomes visible, while keeping financial applications programmable.
That's the future Fhenix is working toward. @0xkeksgiven

The real test of @fhenix isnโt launching CoFHE on mainnet. Itโs what developers build next.
With encrypted computation live on Ethereum and Arbitrum, smart contracts can process sensitive data without exposing the underlying values.
Imagine lending protocols evaluating collateral privately, traders protecting their strategies, and AI agents competing without revealing their edge.
Fhenixโs next milestone matters: three additional dApps are planned for Q4, alongside two institutional partnerships.
The challenge now is turning powerful cryptography into usable applications without sacrificing composability.
Privacy becomes truly valuable when developers can build with it naturally.
Programmable privacy is here. Adoption will tell the bigger story. @deivonchain @Asterix54907294

My exchange balance doesnโt need an audience. ๐
Say an app needs to check whether I hold more than a certain amount in an exchange account.
Fair enough. But my exact balance, positions and unrelated activity are a lot of extra information for one eligibility check.
Thatโs a use of @primus_labs I find interesting. Its Proof of Assets documentation describes using zkTLS and attestations to provide verifiable evidence of off-chain holdings, including checks against an asset threshold.
An app could check that I meet its requirement while keeping the disclosure limited to whatโs needed.
If youโre exploring Primus too, hereโs a place to start โ s.kaito.ai/n6fcSAe
Imagine the useful answer being simply: โYes, this account meets the threshold.โ โ
The application still has to build that check properly. Choosing what to request - and what to leave private - is part of the job.
I like this example because it gives privacy a very ordinary purpose. Someone wants to verify one thing about an account. The account owner wants to get on with their day without sharing everything else.
Thatโs the kind of detail Iโd actually notice when deciding whether to use an app.

your bank statement is overqualified for a yes-or-no question.
imagine an app needs to check whether your balance meets a requirement.
you upload a statement. Along with the answer, you may have handed over your income, spending habits and financial relationships.
one question. a surprising amount of collateral information.
this is a useful way to understand what @primus_labs is building.
its zkTLS technology helps authenticate data from HTTPS sources and supports selective disclosure. In a suitably designed application, you could prove that your balance clears a threshold while keeping the exact amount private.
the application gets evidence for its decision. You keep the details that have nothing to do with it.
๐ following @primus_labs ๐ keep this handy:
s.kaito.ai/n6fcSAe
thereโs another piece worth understanding: FHE, or fully homomorphic encryption.
verifying information and calculating with it are different jobs. FHE allows calculations on encrypted inputs, so the party processing those inputs doesnโt need to read the underlying values.
for applications handling sensitive information, that opens up a practical possibility: verify where the data came from, then work with it under encryption.
the bank statement example illustrates the idea. The broader question applies wherever an application asks for private records:
โhow much of this information does the decision actually require?โ
thatโs what makes Primus interesting to me. It gives developers tools to build around a smaller, more precise request for evidence.
a yes-or-no question should have a much smaller attachment.
which detail would you rather prove than upload?

Confidentiality and Verification are Both Required for Institutional Finance onchain.
If an institution is going to participate in onchain finance, transparency is not enough.
Financial institutions have confidential information they donโt want out in the public light such as their positions and strategy.
This requires verification without revealing all of their secrets.
@primus_labs is developing infrastructure where verification and confidentiality are brought together to help make onchain finance a viable option for institutions.
It is not about hiding everything. It is about maintaining privacy and verifiability at the same time.
Because both are required for institutional adoption.

most wallets show what you did onchain. the interesting question is what that activity can earn you.
thatโs where @zerufinance zaps markets takes a different approach. every trade earns zaps, while activity markets turn participation into something users can compete for, rather than making capital the only advantage.
with activity and trust oracles live on Etherscan and wallet screening APIs available, ZeruAI is building around both onchain behavior and reputation.
