The 21st Century Road to Housing Act:
✅Cuts red tape
✅Accelerates construction
✅Lowers costs
When there are not enough homes, families feel it in higher prices, fewer choices, and tougher competition. The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act helps communities build more housing by cutting unnecessary barriers and updating federal policies that have made construction harder and more expensive.

A nation that can’t control who comes in can’t keep its families safe.
That’s common sense.

I joined Acting Secretary of the Navy Hung Cao and Hunt Military Communities to celebrate a major milestone in expanding privatized unaccompanied housing for the Navy…! As a Navy veteran and the representative of #VA02, home to so many servicemembers and their families, I know how important quality housing is to military readiness and quality of life. This project will help deliver modernized housing for our Sailors across Hampton Roads, ensuring they have the living conditions they deserve. Thank you to @HuntMilitary, @SECNAV, and everyone involved for your commitment to improving the quality of life for those who serve our great nation…! ⚓️🇺🇸

In 2025, the nation’s violent crime rate fell 9.3% — the largest year-to-year decline since 1936.
-Murder DOWN 18.1%
-Robbery DOWN 18.5%
-Aggravated assault DOWN 7.2%
Under Republican leadership, the results are clear. Safe streets. Strong communities. Real accountability. That’s what Americans deserve.

For four years, President Biden and Border Czar Harris lied, saying there was nothing they could do about the border.
Yet President Trump took action by:
➡️Declaring a National Emergency at the Southern Border
➡️Reinstating the Remain in Mexico Policy
➡️Ending Catch-and-Release
➡️Resuming Construction of the Border Wall
➡️Expanding Deportation Operations
➡️Restricting Asylum at the Southern Border
➡️Ending Biden-Era Immigration Parole Programs
➡️Designating Major Drug Cartels as Terrorist Organizations
➡️Strengthening Immigration Vetting and Visa Restrictions
For 4 years, Americans watched the border crisis unfold while the Biden-Harris administration tried to gaslight people into thinking nothing was wrong.
The American people demanded change and Republicans delivered the most secure border in history. We must protect this progress and hold the line against a return to Democrats' failed open-border policies.

Great to join US Secretary of Education at Spokane’s Chesterton Academy to talk about the new Education Freedom Tax Credit which could eventually provide $ billions in new k-12 funding to students in Washington state. I have five kids in both public and private schools and all my kids and every kid in Washington state will have access to these funds if - and only if - Gov Bob Ferguson devices to “opt in” Washington state just like 31 Republican and Democratic governors have already done. 🇺🇸
Congress created a $26 billion source of new K-12 education funding at NO COST to taxpayers! All Washington Gov. Bob Ferguson has to do is choose allow your NEW $1,700 Education Freedom Tax credit to be used by education charities here in Washington just like 30 other governors have done. (If Bob doesn’t allow Washington kids to benefit, the $ will just go to other states.) Do your job, Bob - and free up all this new education funding for Washington’s kids! 🇺🇸

Republicans gave working families & senior citizens a tax cut. Democrats still want to give you a tax hike.
It’s that simple.

Today, I welcomed Energy Secretary Chris Wright and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum to the Hudson Valley to discuss the Constitution Pipeline and the need to lower energy costs for New Yorkers.
During the visit to Cricket Valley Energy, we highlighted the Trump administration’s $42 million investment to advance the proposed 125-mile natural gas pipeline from Pennsylvania to New York, which will expand access to reliable energy and help lower electricity and home heating costs across the Northeast.
I’ll continue working to advance critical energy infrastructure, strengthen reliability, and make energy more affordable for Hudson Valley families and businesses.

I’m focused on doing the work, not just talking about it. 10,000+ constituent cases closed. $120+ million returned to the district. 2,000+ in-person events. More than two dozen bills passed, with 17 signed into law.
And I delivered on my biggest promise to the Hudson Valley: lifting the SALT cap. I’ll keep showing up, delivering results, and fighting for the people I represent.
