I'm already on the $1 podcast tier. The new episodes show up as $3 tier episodes. For example, there is no $1 version of the Boombap Archeology episode, as far as I can find

That's their choice not to. Not everyone in their coalition will purchase the card/PW either. Once it's released to the public there's no more of an advantage because it's the same product available to everyone
