The transfers are visible on-chain; whether this was a fresh breach or whether customers lost money remains unconfirmed. The key issue: the exchange’s explanation conflicts with the reported wallet activity after the earlier hack. The on-chain evidence raises questions, but by itself it doesn’t establish who controlled the wallets or prove a new intrusion.
