It isn't talked about enough how the big 6 clubs except Manchester City have disgraced the Premier League in Europe.
Manchester United: got demolished 5-0, 4-0, 4-1 and 3-0 by Sporting, Barcelona, Como and Ac Millan.
Liverpool: got demolished 5-1, 5-2, 4-1 and 3-0 by Ajax, Real Madrid, PSV and Barcelona.
Arsenal: got demolished 10-2, 4-0 and 4-1 to Bayern Munich, Ac Millan and Barcelona.
Chelsea: got demolished 5-1, 5-0, 8-2 and 7-1 to Barcelona, PSG and Bayern Munich.
You simply can't bring any match that Manchester City disgraced the Premier League in.

Now I hope you guys can finally see why Messi’s era at Barcelona should never be questioned or slandered.
This man single-handedly won us games, (not just El Clásicos) secured us three points, kept us away from the Europa League, and delivered free kicks whenever we needed him most.
He carried this club on his back for years, only to be kicked out like he meant absolutely nothing to the club he gave his entire career to. 💔
