As someone with 2 younger siblings who both grew up with this disease (my baby sis still lives with it, my younger brother was cured via blood transplant) this is huge news for me to hear. Not to mention this kid looks like the 1:1 spitting image of my younger brother.
Phillip Mullin has become the first child in Louisiana to be functionally cured of sickle cell disease ksla.com/2026/10/24/alexandrβ¦

We are deeply saddened to hear of Eric Bauza's passing. His voice talents extended to Ratchet & Clank, Spider-Man, Batman: Arkham City, MultiVersus and so many more.

I've always believed that "beautifully haunting" isn't the same as "hauntingly beautiful" but never knew how to explain what it means to be "beautifully haunting". This animator just perfectly explained it without words. Plz give them a follow.

"Black Mage Ruben"
Commission I did for the very talented @memcchi who is the author of #dododeprived . A beautiful webcomic that I highly recommend you give a read! I'm a life long Final Fantasy fan, so this is my drawing of Ruben as a black mage.

Nerd Out:
So I recently read again one of my favorite horror stories, "Lazarus", by author Leonid Andreyev. It has been 4 years since Elden Ring first released and I'm just now noticing Shabriri and his story route may have been heavily inspired by Andreyev's famous short story.
Both characters died and came back from the dead. Both discovered the horrific truth about existence itself. Ppl learn the truth when making eye contact with them, and go insane, thus Augustus Caesar had Lazarus' eyes removed and Queen Marika had Shabriri's eyes removed.
