🥬Investigadores de la universidad politécnica de Valencia han creado lechugas doradas ricas en antioxidantes y potenciadores de la memoria. Ha sido a raíz de un estudio que se ha centrado en cómo las plantas acumulan nutrientes dentro de sus células.
