Stop publishing the policy and hoping people read it. In a SharePoint page: Toolbox > FAQ > Copilot Add Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Loop or Meeting content. Choose: Event Policy Product Other Copilot builds the categories, questions and answers. Review. Reorder. Verify. Publish. Turn buried knowledge into the help page people need. Exact Steps: 1. Edit a SharePoint page. 2. Open the Toolbox on the canvas or in the Content pane. 3. Search for FAQ under Text, media, and content. 4. Add the FAQ web part. 5. Select Copilot on the right side of the Content pane. 6. Add the relevant Word, PowerPoint, PDF, Loop or Meeting content. 7. Choose Event, Policy, Product or Other. 8. Describe the intended audience and purpose. 9. Generate the FAQ. 10. Review every answer against the source before publishing. 11. Refine, reorder, regenerate or directly edit weak content. 12. Publish only after owners, dates, exceptions and conditions are confirmed.
