The progressive liberal Axel Springer group will destroy @Telegraph. Readers, who from their comments, are more in tune with @AllisonPearson the Tel’s most fearless journalist, than with the ‘liberals’ on the paper, will cancel in droves if she is ‘let go’
I can offer a home to any sacked prepared to be ‘out and proud truly right-minded’ sacked journos a home and platform at Right Times! open.substack.com/pub/rightt…
I fear for the Telegraph.
The new German owners are taking a wrecking ball to a fine journalistic institution by sacking 100 journalists ( despite saying they would invest) and pushing out the door the only names worth reading, the latest being the brave and super talented Alison Pearson.
All in favour of cutting costs but what is their big idea?
Some old nonsense about more foreign news (nobody will pay for that) and turning the Telegraph into a global behemoth.
That definitely won’t happen.
My advice is to take a tip from the financially successful Times;
Invest heavily in journalism and journalists, disclose information not available elsewhere, keep your good writers fed and watered.
I know there is nobody at the Telegraph, from the Editor downwards not concerned at their future and the future of the title.
These are tough times for the media, not made easier by these owners destroying their own £600million investment and the enjoyment of their readers.
Many years ago I prophesied that devolution would lead to a 3rd rate political class of political shit
And here we are.

Multiculturalism..innit?
I am really hoping the government intervene in Poundland
If they inject capital into it, then it will set a precedent
You'll have Poundstretcher and a bunch of other hard pressed retailers campaigning for similar help
The political fallout will be off the scale! 😂
Why other countries have strict media ownership laws
This country is a fucking open door to malign foreign influence
It is content to sell itself off to the highest bidder
The scum that run it know the price of everything and the value of nothing.
If this doesn't make you sick at what this country has become then you are heartless
So much money spent on good for nothing migrants, immigrants on benefits and taking all the housing stock overburdening our social security systems, and masses spent on Ukrainian war and foreign aid
SHAME ON YOU BRITAIN
This really does take the biscuit
This is institutional resistance
They know its not working
Indigenous Brits are rebelling
But they will continue trying this social engineering
It's doubling down
With the White British ethnic groups plummeting towards minority status it seems the government are now going to start meddling with the census data. They're calling it a new harmonised standard.
'The Office for National Statistics notes that there is no consensus on what constitutes an ethnic group'
So this looks like a clear attempt to keep the demographic figures in the 70 percent bracket when in reality we're closer to the mid 60s.
Multiculturalism is a fucking brain disorder
These people are fucking rabid
The disease has permanently corrupted their moral centres of reasoning
Gherkin power!

There’s no such thing as a labour shortage if real wages are falling
But this is what the UK Treasury made the politicians and public believe after Brexit
They are an enemy of the people
Bring out the guillotine (again)

The Telegraph commits hara-kiri. 🗡️
@AllisonPearson was its best-loved writer.
And readers will grieve the loss of other fine writers such as @LiamHalligan and @Sherelle_E_J
You can’t cut out the heart of a paper and expect its readers to stay.
Telegraph columnist Allison Pearson is reportedly about to leave the newspaper amid significant job cuts to the newsroom theguardian.com/media/2026/o…
Britain is like an old dementia patient on his last legs
Occasionally he remembers past glories, but his brain is confused and cannot hear what the people are saying.
His veins are clogged by foreign bodies, but his liver is too weak to clean them out and excrete them
He cannot build any new biological infrastructure because his system is overburdened with cancerous legal cells of his own making.
His heart labours on heroically but the valves are clogged by constitutional blockages
Parasites line his entire digestive tract; and the sustenance of tax revenue that he manages to swallow gets devoured by benefit claimants
He is ready to die and let the globalist carrion devour what is left of his disease ridden corpse.
Does anybody believe that the Muslims - and immigrants generally - are worried about what’s going on?
I think they are so far embedded in their ghettoes that most of them haven’t got a clue how pissed off we are
Can’t believe the amount of likes for this one.
Thanks folks!
Some people say that we are too wet as a nation to stomach mass deportations
That it’ll be worse than the US with hysterical liberal women and effeminate men protesting
I don’t think so. I reckon an army of new patriots will get the job done easily 👊

Any incoming government should cut all housing benefit by 5% annually for five years.
Replying to @robblackie
This knocks on to government spending. The UK spends £37bn on housing benefits - similar to what we spend on policing and prisons. This is roughly double what France or Germany spend on housing benefits.

NOW — The Home Office has released the list of social media posts its Standards and Compliance Unit observed about Prevent in 2024.
The department disclosed:
• A post of mine criticising a local-council training module that directed staff to report anyone sharing “anti-immigration views” to counter-terrorism police.
• A post from @Con_Tomlinson criticising the Home Office’s RICU unit and the fact Prevent designated Douglas Murray a far-right extremist.
Dozens of other public posts and articles are listed raising the same position, “Prevent training focuses heavily on the far-right while downplaying Islamist extremism.”
This unit, known as “StaCU” - is collecting and logging criticism of Prevent’s training bias.
The original request for this material was refused under national-security and health-and-safety exemptions.
Disclosure only happened after the applicant went to the ICO.
