Trust is vital to leading people effectively, but building trust with your team doesn’t just happen overnight. It requires consistency. Here’s how you can begin building trust with others: choose integrity over image, truth over convenience, and honor over personal gain!

Being vulnerable doesn’t mean you are weak, it means you are authentic, real, and teachable. It opens the door for better communication and stronger relationships. So here’s my challenge for you today: find ways to incorporate vulnerability and authenticity into your leadership!
