This morning, I worked in the @MarlboroughPrim resource base with the #ShootingStars kids making fruit based sun catchers for their 'Let's Grow' topic. They used tissue paper & cellophane and cut, tore and scrunched to make their colourful collages!

Today, I've been working with Reception @MarlboroughPrim to create sun catchers based on fruit for their upcoming Handa's Suprise learning next month. The kids cut, scrunched, tore, glued and arranged tissue paper and cellophane to create their fruit collages. #HandasSuprise

In The Hive (our resource based hub for kids with additional needs). We made plaster handprints by pressing our palms into soft salt dough and then pouring with plaster of paris. We then used a spray based acrylic to colour them. Soo messy and so much fun!

I repeated the fabric banner lesson with the year 3's because I focused more heavily on learning about the city they were focusing during Topic lessons. They make such an impact!
