Long overdue.
Filipino nurses have been the backbone of the NHS since 1969—decades as the largest international nurses in health & social care.
Now, we’re finally named in the NHS Staff Survey.
Not “other.”
We are seen, named, acknowledged. 🇵🇭💙 #FilipinoNurses #EquityMatters
At long last, ‘Filipino’ is now recognised as a distinct ethnicity in the NHS Staff Survey.
No longer “othered” — we are seen, named, acknowledged.
Maraming salamat to our Chair
@Louie_Horne for relentlessly pursuing this. A quiet but powerful win for every Filipino in the NHS.
