It's a fittingly ignominious end to the diplomatic career of a woman whose sole qualification for the post is that she was once engaged to Donald Trump Jr. and sufficiently flattered his father. "The people in the embassy are no longer afraid of her. Nobody is listening to her or taking her orders anymore," one source in Greece revealed. "She is all alone in that house, screaming at her old staff that they are leakers, and waiting to get kicked out. It's an insane situation." Several sources informed The Daily Mail that the disgraced Guilfoyle may ultimately decide to remain in Europe rather than return to the U.S. Presumably, she's worried that she'll be prosecuted for her alleged crimes since Democrats — including Rep. Robert Garcia, the ranking member of his party on the House Oversight Committee — have already announced their intentions to investigate her. "This is the latest in a long list of corruption surrounding the Trump Administration, and we're demanding answers," said Garcia. As for President Trump, he has already washed his hands of Guilfoyle, tossing her under the bus like he has with so many other former allies and subordinates. When asked about her, he said: "She, I guess, dated my son a long time ago." If this woman does indeed decide to remain in Europe, Democrats need to proceed with the investigations regardless.
