He says again he doesnt understand why we’re shutting down North Sea oil and gas industry in circumstances where no other country in the world is doing that if “they’ve still got a requirement to import energy from oil and gas”. It costs way too much and “is not the right priority!” Net zero is not saving the planet. It is economic self-harm. Blair has just blown the entire agenda apart.
