Localized dry spot pressure heating up with this oppressive heat and current drought…good water management and a solid wetting agent program are essential!!
A ballmark strategy to consider
“The damage is agronomic, and so is the fix. Manage the turf, not the golfer.”
Have you ever considered there’s another approach to managing ball marks? Check this out: dkturf.com/the-ball-mark-fix… @goplantfitness #becauseturfmatters

TifEagle greens coming out of the brutal winter Florida had (below freezing conditions late Jan) consistently treated with the PF3 system bounced back quicker than other programs.

The below freezing temps in Florida hit hard this winter.
But our Plant Fitness customer walked away with better color and resilience.
Why?
They added Pump and Strength to their traditional nutritional program.

This research and approach is going to be a game changer for anyone that deals with the risk of winter injury.
After 60 days under ice, P3 delivered 50%+ more chlorophyll.
@SteveLoveday1 is at @michiganstateu Hancock Turfgrass Research Center working with @DrEmilyHolm walking through a controlled growth chamber study that puts turf through real winter stress.
Half the plants were held under ice for 60 days, then thawed and evaluated. The difference was immediate.
In the light box, the P3 treated turf shows a clear recovery edge over the untreated control: greener, stronger, higher fitness, better performance.
See the side-by-side comparison at the end of the clip.

PF3 Outperformed… Even After Winter
In Summer 2024 the MSU Hancock Turfgrass Research Center (Dr. Thom Nikolai) tested Plant Fitness PF3 on an A4 bentgrass green vs untreated + competitor (equal N).
PF3 delivered significantly better color/quality and came out of winter into Spring 2025 with stronger color, quality, and chlorophyll.

Really surprised to see bentgrass greens in Indonesia. At the equator, this comes with its challenges. Looking forward to seeing @goplantfitness turn things around.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at the U of A Turfgrass Field Day next week.
Come say hi to @SteveLoveday1 and @Mark_Jull and see how our wetting agent CrossTrainer is performing.
Seeing some good separation between treatments under stressful conditions. Will be interesting to see long term outcomes. The plots that aren’t popping yet, might end up being the best as the summer drags on and turf becomes tired? 🌱💪 @goplantfitness
With the support of our industry partners, we are fortunate to have test sites to evaluate all of the next generation @goplantfitness turf performance chemistries.
