It is with an extremely heavy heart that we are officially announcing the cancellation of all PSA events for the rest of the 2020 school year, including the annual summer fair.

To ensure the ongoing presence of the PSA in the new school year, Stacy will propose to stay on as chair up until the end of Autumn term (pending an official vote during our annual AGM in September) so we have time to identify a new PSA team once things are settled.
We hope everyone is staying well and managing as best as they can in these uncertain times. You’ll have seen from the Classlist message from Stacy, our Chair, that there are some changes to the PSA calendar this year.

Take care everyone.
However, if you do not wish to have your ticket refunded and make your ticket purchase a donation to the PSA, please let us know via email to [email protected]. All monies in our bank account now are being freed up to help the school community during this time.
The film nights scheduled for April 1st and 2nd will also be CANCELLED. We are planning on processing full refunds for all tickets purchased (£4.00 per ticket) starting this Friday from 5pm.
The bake sale scheduled for this Friday, March 20th will be CANCELLED. Thank you to reception and year 5 class reps for their support to this point.
Thanks again to Big Yellow for their ongoing support of the school and PSA. Big Yellow will offer a 10% storage discount to all parents, carers and staff, just mention Marshgate PSA. bigyellow.co.uk/sheen-self-s…
Film Nights are back and tickets are now on sale! Tickets are available online via Classlist. Wednesday 1st April - Frozen 2 Thursday 2nd April - Minions Tickets cost £4.00 per child, which includes a small snack (e.g. crisps/sweets).

Huge thank you to @xmasforest for their support! As well as offering amazing Christmas trees, the Christmas Forest supports Tree Aid: for every tree purchased through them, Tree Aid plants a tree in the Sahel region of Africa.

To date, they have planted 258, 443 trees, and counting! Although we may take trees for granted, planting them in the African drylands not only improves the soil quality for better harvests but protects their environment and lifts residents out of generational poverty.
The silent auction closes this Tuesday, 3 Dec, at 9 pm! All items are now online and we have had a few new ones, including all the wreaths that were made by each class for our Winter Fair. You can view the lots and bid at pta-events.co.uk/marshgate/i…
