One successful orbital launch and Skyroot is already getting international customers. Let's goo...🥵 Reflect Orbital has booked two dedicated launches on Vikram rockets. Reflect Orbital is an US based SpaceTech startup building mirrors that orbit Earth and reflect sunlight to chosen spots on the ground. Solar farms can generate power for longer, and rescue teams can find people in the dark.
Welcome aboard, @reflectorbital. 🚀 Two dedicated launches on our Vikram rockets will take their future spacecraft to orbit. Reflect Orbital builds mirrors that orbit Earth and reflect sunlight to chosen spots on the ground. Solar farms can generate power for longer, and rescue teams can find people in the dark. This is a milestone for India’s private space sector. Just months after Vikram-1 reached orbit on its maiden flight, a US-based company is taking its spacecraft to orbit on rockets built in India. The agreement extends Skyroot’s launch manifest across the Vikram family and gives Reflect Orbital an assured schedule and capacity, alongside its planned launches from the United States. Building for the world from India. 🇮🇳 #Vikram1 #SkyrootAerospace #OpeningSpaceForAll

I don't have opinion or clear clue about who is right or wrong here, but he could have managed this situation quietly. The way he is handling it by ranting it on twitter is only making the situation even worse.
Starlink is licensed in over 165 countries and has spent five years complying with every single law and requirement of the government of India, so why still no license? Is Ambani the real boss of India?

Got a call from a really cool defence tech startup yesterday for a Software Dev role. HR wanted to have an online meeting with me this morning, but I had a client meeting with my current org, so today I messaged them asking if we could schedule it for tomorrow. Didn’t hear back, so I called them directly today. Only to find out they had already filled the position. 😭😭 I was SHOCKED. Ground beneath my feet just slipped. I couldn’t even say anything on the call except “okay… okay…” Was so excited about this one. The job market is brutal. Move even a little slower, hesitate for a moment, and the opportunity is gone. If only I had responded yesterday instead of waiting until today… maybe I could’ve at least gotten the interview. Sed :(

If I told people this, most probably wouldn’t believe me. Back in my school days, I used to read like a maniac. I would read almost 100% of the headlines and around 50–60% of the descriptions in a 16-page newspaper. Two or three days a week, along with the main newspaper, there would be an additional supplementary paper. I would read almost the whole thing, skipping only a few articles that felt particularly boring or meaningless. There was never any particular genre I was interested in. I wanted to read everything. Regular news updates, science, space and technology, IT, finance, literature, stories, celebrities, politics… literally anything that caught my attention. I didn't read because I had to. I read because I wanted to know. I remember that feeling now, and I realize how much curiosity I had back then. There was always something new to discover, something I didn't know, something that made me stop and think. I could spend hours just reading, jumping from one topic to another, completely lost in the world of information. And somehow, that version of me is gone now. What's strange is that I've never had access to more information than I do today. It's everywhere, on my phone, on social media, in my feeds, notifications, videos, articles. There is an endless amount of information coming at me every single day. Yet, somehow, I read so much less. Maybe that's what makes me feel sad about it. I don't think I miss the newspapers as much as I miss the person I used to be when I read them. I miss that curiosity. I miss being genuinely interested in knowing things. I miss being able to sit quietly with a newspaper and give it my undivided attention. These days, when I think about those years, I feel a strange mixture of nostalgia, guilt, and sadness. I sometimes wonder when exactly I stopped being that person. There was no particular day when it happened. I just slowly became someone who consumes information instead of actually reading it. Maybe I can never go completely back to those days. Life has changed, and so have I. But a part of me still hopes that I can find that curiosity again, not just to read more, but to feel that hunger to understand the world again. Because, honestly, I don't just miss those newspapers. I miss the old me who couldn't wait to turn the next page.
Man I remember the days when no floods of info ... I used to read more back...now we all are having fomo of info

It was cool explaining PM Modi about the Astrobase’s engine. He said - Tum itna bada bada soch rahe ho, log Vishwas karte hai kya? I said - Shuru mai nahi karte lekin jab progress hoti h tab krte hai. Then he said - Investaro ke saath kaisa h? I said we have good investments at Astrobase. No worries. And more so after Skyroot launch. On which he laughed. Good human level interaction. Thanks @INSPACeIND for the opportunity.
