BE AWARE @NETAPORTER has NOT refunded money of my return item, due to their internal issues. I have been chasing them for over 1 month. If possible always order from their competitors such as @farfetch.
Final answer from the customer support team, and all my future emails have been ignored. Do better @NETAPORTER
Utterly disappointing in how @NETAPORTER dealt with my refund issue. I had to call, as no one responded to my email or my official complaint i have made, due to the lack of response. I’m never buying from the again. To avoid bad customer service, i suggest you buy from @farfetch
