Kangaroo Court victim experiences actual due process and is astonished at the possibility of real justice in it.
Neeraja Deshpande: Do you feel vindicated?
David Sabatini: Yes. I’d been saying that once someone looks at all the data, at all the documents, they will come to a different conclusion. And I think a jury trial — seven women, six men — is the gold standard for adjudicating things in the world.
It really made me so proud to be an American and to see how a jury trial operates — the formality, the care, the attempts to remove bias, the protocol. I hadn’t experienced those things.
It's wild how if a woman wants to have sex with you, you have to do it or she can just ruin your life and possibly get you imprisoned on a whim for refusing her.
Hell hath no fury and so on and whatnot

“I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow and feel like I’ve been gang-raped!”
MeToo hoaxer Kristin Knouse is confronted with her own crude texts to David Sabatini. She withheld these texts initially until the defamation lawsuit against her exposed them. (Follow me for more exclusives from this case.)

The way @MIT’s bloated DEI bureaucracy was weaponized to serve an imaginary feminist crusade and naked personal vendetta against a tenured male professor over unrequited love must never ever ever happen again.
Federal agencies @NIH and @NSF fund and oversee a large share of MIT’s research (yes - your tax dollars!) to the tune of hundreds of millions annually, which means that they have enormous leverage through grant conditions, compliance reviews, and enforcement.
It’s up to the government to throw their weight and pressure MIT to maintain fair processes that do not destroy top scientific talent. The obvious move is to withhold or condition funding on gutting the rot.
@DOJ: Enforce civil rights statutes (including Title IX-related conditions on federal funding) and investigate potential patterns of discriminatory, retaliatory, or abusive HR/DEI processes that undermine due process or scientific productivity.
Sabatini’s was a major career criminally terminated resulting in untold losses to science and to humanity. I’m not even being hyperbolic. The stakes are high and they demand accountability and widespread reform across all institutions of import

How can @MIT and President Kornbluth sit back and allow Kristin Knouse to remain on the MIT faculty when she has been found by a jury of her peers to have falsely accused him of rape, and intentionally destroyed his life and career with the help of co-conspirators in the MIT administration?
How does this not violate MIT’s code of conduct?
How can one continue to trust the research she produces?
Why has MIT not immediately launched a formal investigation to reconsider the removal of @DMSabatini’s tenure and Knouse’s continued inclusion on the faculty?
The evidence from the case is now in the public record. It is a straightforward process for MIT to review the facts.
Justice must be served.

This is such an obvious circumstance that would happen under current jurisprudence around sexual assault (especially in or around the academy) but it's been insisted that false-rape accusations were impossible because our current system relies on a view of women being angelic.

“We’ve built software to track Wikipedia editors,” says the head of the ADL.
We have an investigation publishing soon about pro-Israel manipulation of Wikipedia, and he just blurts it out

This idea of AI-driven UBI to shore up lower class purchasing power in the age of AI automation is the 21st century equivalent of everybody in the 1960’s expecting workers self-management to be a thing. Capital always has a little trick up its sleeve to keep the misery flowing.
I've heard "men's GC's are mild whereas women's GC's have extreme misandry" and I think the main difference is that men do have plenty of misogyny too but generally keep it to themselves and don't really talk about women among their friends but women talk about men all the time.

There are valid criticisms to be made about Japanese society but some of you guys are one more "diddy sushi country" away from treating all Japanese people like this
I mean it's just a relatively socially-conservative, clean, orderly/low-crime, wealthy country that has produced very internationally influential popular culture and Japanese women are often considered attractive to many outsiders.
Did the democrats do this tho?
Replying to @theoluminati
What they mean is the Democratic Party started up lifting Black and Hispanic people instead of just white people and it made them mad
