CE Remake looks alright. Got a few minor nitpicks but that’s it.
I’ve no arguments against sprint. Some areas are outright brutal without sprint and anything to get me through the Library faster is a net positive.
I will say, remaking CE is definitely a choice though.
Something I want to make clear now that CE Remake has been revealed:
CEA is not a remake. It is a remaster. It uses the same engine with updated graphics.
To compare, Resident Evil remake. It is on a new engine, made from the ground up with very minor changes and additions.
Here's a good way to remember:
Resident Evil 1 Remake is, as the name implies, a remake.
Final Fantasy 7 Remake is considered a reimagining due to the differences in the story and how much is getting fleshed out.
CEA is a remaster; same engine, updated graphics.
