Before 2021, I used to react to every idiot who knew which buttons to press. Someone could ruin my entire day with one stupid comment, and I'd hand them the satisfaction of watching me lose my shit Then 2022 came, and I started doing shadow work. Year after year, I got better at catching myself before reacting. It wasn't pretty. Sometimes I'd still lose my temper, then realise I'd just given some miserable bastard exactly what they came looking for Now, whenever someone tries to provoke me, I ask myself one question. "Do I really want to think, behave and live like this fucking clown?" And the anger just disappears Because I've noticed something about people who constantly provoke others. They can't stand sitting with themselves, so they go looking for someone else's peace to disturb. Your anger gives them a few minutes of importance they can't find in their own lives Think about how pathetic that is. Someone has so little control over their own emotions that they need to manipulate yours just to feel powerful And the funniest part? I used to think reacting meant I was standing up for myself. Turns out I was letting people I wouldn't trade lives with rent space in my head for free Imagine handing someone the keys to your nervous system when you wouldn't even trust them to water your fucking plants Never again

Hey @Grok, in 1876, Kentucky reportedly had chunks of meat falling from the sky. What the actual fuck happened here? Was it vultures vomiting mid-flight, some bizarre weather event, or is there an explanation even stranger than both? And did scientists ever figure out what the meat actually was?

Let's talk about money, because some of you have been broke for so long you've started treating your bank balance like a terminal illness. Listen, money is energy. And energy attracts more of the same. Ever noticed how some rich bastard makes a million, scratches his arse, goes for a coffee and somehow comes back with another three million? Meanwhile, you're checking your banking app before buying a fucking sandwich, just in case the bread sends you into an overdraft. The more you have, the more seems to come. The less you have, the more you panic about losing what's left. And that panic gets into everything. You start walking around expecting life to mug you before you've even left the house. Now, something strange happens when you start feeling rich before you've actually got the money. You notice things. Ideas come to you. Opportunities that have been staring you in the face for six months suddenly become obvious. They were there the whole bloody time, but you were too busy worrying about whether you could afford a packet of chicken to see them. And yeah, sometimes you've got to be completely delusional. Walk around telling yourself, "I'm rich. I've got plenty of money. There's more than enough for me" Your bank account might have ยฃ14.62 in it and a direct debit lurking around the corner like a debt collector with a personal vendetta. I know. It sounds fucking ridiculous. But the way you see yourself changes the way you carry yourself, the decisions you make and the opportunities you recognise. You start thinking from abundance instead of constantly preparing for financial disaster. That's the frequency I'm talking about. Because you can't spend every waking hour convinced you're destined to be skint and then wonder why every decision you make comes from fear. Start feeling rich before the money arrives. Just don't tell the landlord you're paying rent in vibrations.

I'm sorry, lads, but women can tell when you're leaking your Jing energy, fam. I promise you, they can smell it when a man is weak to his own lust It ain't as hidden as you think. Energy never lies, lads. I didn't understand any of this before I started my journey, but two years in? Oh boy, you better believe I've seen enough to change my mind You think nobody can tell. That's the funny part

If my messages have been hitting you somewhere deep lately, there's a fucking reason for that. I don't believe in coincidences, family. Never have As your consciousness rises, certain words start hitting differently. You could hear something a hundred times and feel absolutely nothing, then one random Tuesday someone says six words and suddenly you're staring at your phone wondering how the fuck a complete stranger just described something you've been feeling your entire life Sometimes a message carries a lesson. Sometimes it plants a seed that won't make sense until months later. And sometimes someone's just talking absolute bullshit on the internet. Use your discernment But when something hits your spirit so hard you have to stop scrolling, pay attention I used to be that guy. I'd listen to certain teachers and feel like they were explaining things I'd known my whole life but couldn't put into words. Then I'd try talking about it to people around me and get stared at like I'd just walked into Walmart wearing a spacesuit asking where they keep the interdimensional cereal Nobody understood a fucking word And listen, people with low IQ and the emotional intelligence of a fucking microwave will dismiss everything they don't understand as coincidence. It's their favorite word. Saves them the inconvenience of having to question anything You could have the most extraordinary experience of your life and some guy who hasn't questioned a single belief since high school will sit there scratching his ass going, "It's just a coincidence, bro" Congratulations, Einstein. You solved the mysteries of the universe without leaving your couch I'm not saying every bird that lands on your windowsill is delivering classified information from the Most High. Sometimes it's just a pigeon looking for somewhere to take a shit But there's a difference between imagining meaning in everything and recognizing when something genuinely speaks to your spirit This whole simulation is about growth, family. As you change, different things start making sense. The words were always there. You just weren't ready to hear them And sometimes the message that changes your entire life will sound like complete nonsense to the person sitting next to you Let Einstein have his coincidence

The greatest thing you can study, in my humble opinion, is mind science. Metaphysics. Understanding how consciousness affects matter and the power of your own fucking mind And listen, a little birdie told me there's a special section in the Marine Corps that has something called a psionics manual A fucking manual Psionics, the study of how the mind and consciousness can influence matter Now, I want you to think about that for a second. These people have an actual manual on this stuff. Not some bloke sitting in his bedroom with incense burning, telling you to manifest a Lamborghini while his mum's downstairs shouting that his dinner's ready The fucking Marine Corps And if they've got a manual, what exactly do they understand about consciousness that the average person hasn't even begun to question? Because that's what fascinates me. The possibility that consciousness creates reality, that the mind has an influence on matter, and that there's far more to this than people realise This stuff genuinely gets me excited, because I've believed in the power of consciousness for years And we're still walking around acting like the human mind is just a lump of meat between our fucking ears

Some of you are far too forgiving for people who've got absolutely no intention of changing. And the fucking audacity of it is, they'll screw you over, come crawling back with some pathetic excuse, and there you are, welcoming them back like the prodigal son. Listen, I get it. When you've genuinely cared about someone, it's hard to just write them off. But there's a difference between having a good heart and being a complete mug, and some of you have been blurring that line for years. Reward loyalty with loyalty. Reward disloyalty with distance. If someone's stood by you when life was kicking the shit out of you, don't forget that. But if someone's stabbed you in the back, don't start making excuses for them just because you've got a soft spot for the bastard. And look, you can forgive someone. I'm all for that. But forgiveness doesn't mean you've suddenly suffered a catastrophic loss of memory and forgotten every rotten thing they've done. You can genuinely wish someone well and still want absolutely fuck all to do with them. Forgive them from a distance. Preferably a very fucking long one.

A little reminder for those who think nobody's programming their minds. If you're not deliberately feeding your subconscious, there's a whole industry queuing up to do it for you Ever noticed how you hear the same bloody advert fifty times, then walk into a supermarket and reach for that exact brand without giving it a second thought? You didn't wake up with some burning passion for a particular toothpaste. Some marketing department spent six months drilling the name into your skull Companies spend billions studying your attention, your habits and what makes you tick. Repetition breeds familiarity, familiarity breeds trust, and before long you're defending a brand like the CEO personally delivered your firstborn Now think about the music you repeat, the news you watch, the rubbish you scroll through every morning. All those messages competing for space in your head while you're convinced every thought you have is entirely your own Your subconscious doesn't stop learning because you've stopped paying attention. So be careful what you repeatedly expose yourself to, and start using that same repetition on your own beliefs and self-talk Personally, I wouldn't dare give someone else that control. I'd rather brainwash myself with thoughts I've consciously chosen than let some advertising executive with a receding hairline decide what I should desire Take back the remote

Fellas, find yourself a good woman. Loyal, kind, intelligent, someone with a beautiful spirit who you can build with, grow with and create a little empire together. There's nothing quite like having a woman who's genuinely in your corner. And please, spare me the โ€œthere's no good women leftโ€ bollocks. What, you've personally interviewed four billion women? Some of you had three bad relationships and decided the entire female population needs recalling to the factory. Behave, fam. Understand something about metaphysics. If you genuinely believe good women don't exist, you're already operating from an energy of lack. That belief starts shaping what you notice, who you entertain and what you attract into your life. You're expecting disappointment before you've even met the poor woman. Same with chasing. Desperation is lack. You're telling the universe you're incomplete without somebody. Fucking hell, some of you are practically sending out a spiritual missing-person report. Be open to receive. There's a difference. Live your life, meet people naturally and stop treating every woman who smiles at you like she's been sent down by the heavens with your marriage certificate. Personally, I wouldn't recommend dating sites. Think about the energy behind desperately swiping through strangers every night, hoping somebody will come along and fill whatever's missing inside you. That's lack, fam. And those apps can be a goldmine for narcissistic types looking for attention, validation and their next victim. You've got people presenting themselves like luxury properties when the foundations are held together with fucking Sellotape. Sure, genuine people exist on there, but I'd rather meet someone naturally. And yes, I'm two years into my celibacy journey, and I still believe good women exist. The type of woman I'd consider being with has become very limited since 2020. Those who've followed me long enough can probably read between the lines. Certain health choices and personal values are non-negotiable for me. Everyone's free to make their choices, and so am I. I'm not throwing my principles in the bin because I fancy a cuddle. But you've got work to do on yourself too. Shadow work. Understanding your triggers, mastering your reactions, confronting the ugly parts of yourself you'd rather blame on somebody else. Some of you want a peaceful relationship but lose your fucking mind when somebody takes six minutes to reply. Learn from your heartbreaks. Recognise the patterns you keep repeating. Practise gratitude for what you've already got instead of obsessing over what's missing. The more you work on yourself, the better you become at recognising somebody who's actually right for you. And this isn't some new TikTok discovery. Old alchemical and esoteric teachings have long explored the idea that you must transform yourself before you can recognise your counterpart. Do the inner work, confront your shadow, learn your lessons and become whole within yourself. The belief is that when you're no longer searching for somebody to complete you, you're ready to meet somebody who complements you. That's the spiritual principle behind attracting your counterpart through inner transformation. Nothing's guaranteed, but the idea is centuries old. People were exploring this long before somebody started charging ยฃ499 for a manifestation course. Anyway, my point is, stop falling for this men versus women circus. You've got blokes making money convincing men that women are the enemy, and women doing the same thing in reverse. Congratulations, you've turned your love life into a fucking civil war. And if you genuinely can't find somebody who shares your values where you live, travel, fam. There's a whole planet outside your postcode. Stop letting bitter strangers convince you love is dead. You're looking for one good woman, not trying to defeat four billion of them.

You should talk to yourself more often. Seriously. Some of you have got a voice living inside your head that does nothing but talk shit about you, and you've been letting the bastard run the place rent-free for years. I talk to myself all the time. I'll be walking around the house having full-blown conversations with myself, hyping myself up, reminding myself of things I've achieved, laughing about situations I thought I'd never get through. Sometimes I sound like I've got an entire football team in my head and I'm giving them the halftime speech of their fucking lives. But I've noticed something over the years. When I remind myself of past victories, I start feeling that same confidence again. My mood changes, I carry myself differently, and suddenly whatever I'm dealing with doesn't seem half as intimidating. That feeling is what I bring into the present. And that's why self-talk is so powerful. The way you speak to yourself affects how you feel, and how you feel affects the energy you bring into everything around you. Call it vibration, frequency, whatever you want. You know when you're feeling like absolute shit, and you know when you're feeling unstoppable. Nobody needs to explain the difference to you. I speak to myself in the present tense. "I am" "I have" I remind myself who I am and what I've already proven I'm capable of. Some days I don't even feel particularly confident when I start. Give me five minutes talking to myself and I'm walking around like I've just bought the fucking building. So throughout the day, have those conversations with yourself. Encourage yourself. Remind yourself of your wins. Stop letting the voice inside your head speak to you like you're some useless bastard who's never accomplished anything. Speak power over your life. And if somebody catches you talking to yourself, tell them to mind their fucking business. You're having a meeting with your spirit team, and they're not accepting visitors. You wouldn't go months without training your body and expect to be strong. So why the fuck are you neglecting your mind? The mental gym is just as important as the physical one.

What a beautiful fucking night to be standing in the pouring rain on a 22/33 day, wearing nothing but shorts, no shirt, letting Mother Nature wash all the bullshit away. Spiritual cleansing at its finest, fam. Can't see a fucking thing, probably gonna catch pneumonia, but at least my soul's getting a free car wash. ๐Ÿคฃ Especially after the fucking day I've had. Broke a window, broke a garden tool, electricity decided to fuck off, repeating numbers following me around all day, birds popping up everywhere like they're on the universe's payroll. Then I get to the gym and the fucking place is CLOSED. No swimming, no sauna, first time that's ever happened to me. LMAO. All on a 22/33 day. Yeah, alright, just another coincidence. One thing after another. Felt like the Matrix was throwing everything at me, trying to get a reaction. And after all that, this evil simulation still couldn't get a fucking reaction out of me. Just stood there laughing at the madness while everything went tits up around me. Nice try, SIM. Better luck next time. GN family ๐Ÿซถ

There's a fucking price to becoming self-aware, and nobody tells you about it. People talk about awakening like you've just downloaded some magical software update. Congratulations, you're conscious now. Everything's supposed to be sunshine, rainbows and spiritual enlightenment. Fucking bollocks. The more aware you become, the more shit you notice. You start recognising patterns in people, but the uncomfortable part is when you start catching your own bullshit. Your excuses, your reactions, the lies you've been telling yourself for years. You can't even have a proper meltdown anymore without some little voice in your head going, Here we fucking go again And sometimes you wish you could switch it off. Go back to being blissfully ignorant, walking around like half the population with absolutely no idea what's going on upstairs. But you can't unsee what you've seen. You catch yourself halfway through reacting, realise exactly which wound you're reacting from, and now you've got to sit there and deal with it instead of blaming some poor bastard for triggering you. That's the part nobody advertises about self-awareness. You lose the luxury of lying to yourself. Ignorance was comfortable. Awareness sends you the bill.

This is for somebody. Somebody out there begged and begged the universe for someone like you. I'm talking crying at night, praying to the Most High, asking why they keep meeting people who treat them like shit. Begging for somebody genuine, somebody loyal, somebody who actually gives a fuck And guess what? The universe heard them. Sent you straight into their life. An earth angel. Someone with a heart they weren't used to dealing with And what did the silly fuckers do? They sabotaged it. Couldn't help themselves. They begged for real love, then started acting like they'd been handed a fucking parking fine when it arrived See, some people are so used to being treated like rubbish that when someone genuinely loves them, they don't know what to do. They start testing you, questioning you, pushing you away, doing all sorts of stupid shit. Then wonder why their relationships never last And the universe sat there watching. Watching how they spoke to you, how they treated you, how many times you forgave them. Gave them chance after chance. Then BANG. Tower moment. The Most High said, "Hold on a fucking minute. I sent you one of mine, and this is how you're behaving? Nah, give me my angel back" And just like that, you're gone Now you're in hermit mode. On your own, doing your shadow work, digging through all the trauma, clearing out the karma, forgiving people who'll probably never even apologise. Some days you're questioning everything. Other days you're laughing at how much bullshit you tolerated But you're healing. Properly healing. And that spiritual inheritance, that abundance, everything you've been working towards, it's still coming. The universe hasn't forgotten you Meanwhile, the person who mishandled you is finding out the grass wasn't greener. It was fucking AstroTurf. All that excitement over something fake. Now they're sitting there wondering why the same shit keeps happening to them Karma doesn't need you chasing anybody down. You don't need to send paragraphs, expose anyone or sit there plotting revenge. Leave them to it. They've got their own lessons to learn, and some of those lessons are going to be expensive You've got your soul tribe coming. Your divine counterpart. People who won't need to lose you before they understand what they've got And somebody needs to hear this because you've been questioning yourself for far too long They begged. They cried. They prayed for someone like you Then fucked it up when you arrived That's their lesson, fam. Not yours

What, you telling me men don't shave their armpits? Lmao. I've been shaving mine since my early 20s. That shit feels cleaner. Nothing beats a fresh shave followed by the sauna and steam room. Fucking powerful purification ritual, mate. Come out feeling like you've been factory reset by God himself. You young lads have got a lot to learn. Probably what happens when there's no male role model in the house. Walking around with two fucking Amazon rainforests under your arms, wondering why the deodorant's filing for redundancy. And maybe that's why I don't even need deodorant. I barely ever smell. Since my 40-day water fast back in October 2025, I genuinely haven't noticed any body odour. A whole year without needing to spray myself like I'm fumigating a fucking cockroach infestation. My armpits have been unemployed for a year.

I reckon LonelyFans is gonna go tits up sooner than people think. Yeah, you might make a fat bag showing your arse to strangers, but what happens when the money dries up? The internet doesn't forget. Imagine your grandkids researching the family tree and finding Grandma getting absolutely railed in 4K. Fucking hell, close the laptop, Billy. And I've noticed something with these LonelyFans models. One minute they've found Jesus, quoting Bible verses and telling everyone God has changed their lives. Next minute they're back selling subscriptions. Did Jesus decline the direct debit or something? Even the poor bloke must be wondering what the fuck's going on. What's even funnier is how many of them use filters. Blokes are paying ยฃ9.99 a month to fancy someone who doesn't even look like that in real life. You're basically knocking one out over Photoshop with a payment plan. I guess AI will be doing a better job soon anyway.
