The biggest lesson in life, which you only realize after experiencing it many times, is this: NEVER TRY TO SAVE ANYONE. Never. They are where they are for a reason, they suffer from their own philosophy, their own ego. You will ruin your life trying to save theirs, and it will bear no fruit but your own degradation
Anyone putting in real work to grow deserves respect. Not because they have it figured out.
Not because they are winning yet. Because they showed up anyway. That takes more than most people realize.
Your personality isn't permanent.
Research shows it shifts measurably every decade. The person you were at 20 is clinically different from who you'll be at 40.
You're not stuck with who you are.
You're renting it. The lease expires roughly every 10 years. What version do you want to lease next?
Everything changed when I
stopped trying to be interesting and started trying to be interested.
People can feel the difference immediately.
Something nobody warns you about working for yourself: The freedom is real. So is the 3am ceiling-staring wondering if any of it is going to work. You traded one type of stress for another. The new one is just yours.
Your taste evolves faster than your skills. That's why your own work disappoints you. You can see what great looks like. You can't produce it yet. The gap between your taste and your ability is painful. But it's proof you have good taste. People with bad taste are always satisfied with their work.
The thing about leaving a company or a city or a relationship is that you carry the patterns with you. The new environment reveals which problems were circumstantial and which were yours all along. Most people are surprised by this. They shouldn't be.
No matter how much potential you have, if you don't fully lock in and take control of your life, you'll eventually end up as the guy who had all the potential, but nothing to show for it
I realized the higher you aim, the more alone you will feel, not because you are meant to be lonely, but because fewer people are willing to put in the effort, the discipline, and the energy it takes to keep going higher.
Happy Sunday with a beautiful morning to the world and a special new month to all life. 🌍❤️
May November bring peace to our hearts, strength for the journey, wisdom for our choices, and grace to embrace life’s blessings. May we grow, find purpose, and have more reasons to be grateful. AMEN 🙏
When you're going through something really hard in your life, you either realize how many people you have in your support network or you realize the opposite. The people who show up without being asked, check in when things go quiet, and sit with you through the hard days are your ones.
I get so fascinated when I meet someone smarter than me in whatever area. I love being around people who know things I don't, think differently, see deeper meanings in things, and can teach me something new. There's just something attractive about intelligence.
To all men in their 30s, you've reached the age where men around you are starting to give up on themselves because they think it's too late. Don't let that energy rub off on you. It's not too late.&
The more intelligent you are, the less you need cunning or deception to get what you want.
Manipulation, scheming and deception are almost always a workaround for someone who lacks the actual ability to win straightforwardly.
The smartest people you know are usually the most direct. It is the lesser minds who have to compensate with games:
Be a paradox - ruthless and kind, disciplined and untamed, humble and proud, dangerous and gentle, skeptical and faithful, proletarian and aristocratic, cold in judgment and warm in affection, patient in strategy and decisive in action, private yet magnetic, ambitious without desperation, powerful without cruelty, civilized without becoming soft, and independent without becoming isolated
The more you show the truth, and present yourself in a manner that is just to you the more of a FORCE you become and that force will repel and ATTRACT!

The Cost of Movement;🚨
Been a crazy month, I won't even lie. But through it all, I give God all the glory.
I just finished paying salaries, and looking at how much I've spent this month alone, omo, it has been quite an expensive adventure. All within one month, from Newcastle to Leeds, Castleford, Manchester, back to Newcastle, then London, Lagos, Asaba and Abraka. Plenty of movement, engagements, experiences and, of course, expenses.
But I am grateful. Grateful for the people I've met, the places I've been and the opportunities to experience life beyond my usual routine. Sometimes you spend so much moving around that you almost forget how much you've gained from the experience itself.
Pretty soon, I'll be home again, looking out through that big window, taking my morning walks and returning to my familiar routine. I miss my office too.
It's been exactly four months since | last sat there.
For all my love for movement and new experiences, there is something beautiful about having a place to return to.
