Hey @SouthamptonFC, can we trial this for the rest of the season with a free bar too?

Bristol City and multiple other clubs will take part in a trial permitting fans to drink alcohol in the stands while watching Championship matches.
Finally… 👏
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The above tweet fails to mention that this is for women's Championship games, not men's, something that was previously announced that would be happening back in October.

I spoke on @MatchVlogs’ stream about Saints striving to increase commercial revenue as it helps ease PSR restraints - this looks to be a massive extension of the plans they have already implemented (The Dell Pub, Fanzones, etc).
Parsons spoke in the fan forum about his vision for the St Mary’s area - good to see work being done on it.
Whilst the club are struggling on the pitch, we are stronger commercially than we have ever been. Hopefully, this will help us invest more into footballing operations against PSR. Has to be built first though. #SaintsFC
Club keen to diversify revenue streams and make St Mary’s Waterfront a premier entertainment destination on South Coast.
With Squad Cost Ratio Rules etc, belief is long-term increase in revenue will directly impact competitiveness of football club.

A question for this weekends FIRST episode.
How deserved are these call-ups to the @England National side for the upcoming Nations League Ties?
