March "Measurement" Madness!!!
4th and 5th grade students converted units of customary and metric units. They selected a measurement and compared it with their opponent in their bracket! The greatest measurement advanced to the next round until we had a champion! @MathDenisNJ

I never thought about that, but that’s so true. It really helps to see a student’s thinking if they don’t erase anything. And it can help teachers ask the right kind of questions.
