Obviously the long term plan @Eurostar is for the next generation of carriages to have some non disassembled bicycle storage.
Anyway my take is that
1. it's a really a shame
2. you can easily do better

It would really be simple to offer immediately:
1. allow disassembled bicycles in the luggage rack, similarly to TGV standard
2. a paid (yet affordable) service for brining a _non_ disassembled bicycle (without having to arrive ages in advance), similarly to 'special' luggages
Simply not good enough. Some people bring massive luggages that takes way more space than bicycles and feel quite more dangerous. Having carried by bicycle in many European trains I can safely say that @Eurostar is the worst I've experienced.
@Eurostar I love you but you need to sort out two things asap since it’s been catastrophic for years
1/ your WiFi, even worse than no WiFi tbh
2/ your bicycle policy. Requires dismounting + coming >90mn in advance I mean lol just say it if you hate cyclists

Any plan to make Tufnell Park junction safe? Pretty certain that the bicycles boxes are’t going to cut it (especially as drivers don’t respect them) since I rarely see vulnerable road users cycling through it. Pretty unpleasant and unsafe atm
