Hello few update : first of all, the factory is partially back from holiday. We have already shared the first tracking numbers and will share the other backlogs as soon as possible, once production catches up.

On the other hand, we have some good news. Thanks to the increase in order numbers, we managed to close good deals for the BalanceX, Scarlet, and Shadow Hunt surfaces.

We're going to reduce the prices of the 500x500 and 490x420 sizes to match the 450x400 size for both the PU Soft and PU Mid versions of the three surfaces mentioned above (alredy live on the website).

@Matrova_pad #glasspad

We will have a few days off for the Chinese holiday. We’ll still try our best to reply to all emails and tickets, but our availability and response times may be reducted until October 5th. Please note that the production site will be completely shut down during this period and will remain closed until we are fully back from the holiday. Thank you for your understanding!

Happy to announce that all Zeffiro V2 presale orders will receive an extra free pad! The pad comes from cancelled orders or previous stock, so it will be completely random, and 3 will get our protype like said before.

We’re reaching out to people to review Zeffiro V2. Should we prioritize people who’ve actually bought our product over one that never did?
