Well. . .apparently I have hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of stuff buried in a filing cabinet downstairs. Who knew?
How does @AmericanAir keep such faulty records? Not only do they have my PNR and ticket # for a six-hour delayed flight, they sent ME the image showing the delay. . .dozens of us waited for a plane from SLC and yet their cust service refuses to acknowledge their faulty record.
Every time I try to give @flyrst a try and #flocal I get burned - you’d think I would learn! Today @AmericanAir cancelled our flight to ORD and the missed connection costing $$$$. (Shame @TurkishAirlines doesn’t fly from here or have a partner)
