Silver lining: Anyone in KC would have taken 5-1 to start the season back in August. Gotta love where they sit after 7 weeks. The other side of the coin: Championship aspirations took a real kick to the groin. Roster is way too thin at key spots to take things over the top.

Leaving the 58-yard field goal short earlier is very un-Harrison Butker like along with his other struggles of late. Wouldn’t be stunned if an IR stint is on the horizon. It doesn’t look like mechanics. He doesn’t look right.

That was certainly one half of football. All the Chiefs issues on display. No pass rush, pass defense from the slot, run blocking against a great front, identity when the run game isn't working and the RB can't make everything right, guys getting open, QB pressing when he feels like nothing else is working, missed FG (yes that was a longer one)
