I’m excited to share that a special issue of the Journal of Clinical and Experimental Neuropsychology (tandfonline.com/toc/ncen20/4…) focused on doctoral training in clinical neuropsychology is now available.
The issue closes with a commentary and a friendly call for other neuropsychologists to consider careers as doctoral faculty. Doctoral faculty uniquely shape the field through admissions and mentorship, and this career is deeply rewarding despite real but manageable challenges.
The special issue brings together work on key challenges shaping the doctoral training pipeline and trainee experience, including early exposure to the field, international trainee issues, burnout, and trainee satisfaction.
