During the upcoming @IEEEIRPS my dear colleague and manager Luca Laurin will present our latest work on @ST_World ePCM technology. Through physical imaging (Elisa Petroni), electrical data and modeling insights we described the retention physics of both states of #PCM devices.

Our fellow #PhD candidate Matteo Baldo will present his work titled “Modeling Environment for Ge-rich GST Phase Change Memory Cells” during the upcoming #IMW (Dresden, Germany). In this publication you can find the latest #TCAD model on #ePCM devices based on Ge-GST materials.
