I thought I was done when the season ended. I wasn't ready to announce it, and I knew I needed some time to really decide, but I was pretty sure I played my last game. I was honest at that last press conference when I said I needed to look at myself and deicide if I still love

LEBRON IS COMING TO PHILLY.
By the power vested in me as the Governor of the great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a die-hard Sixers fan... I hereby proclaim today to be LEBRON JAMES DAY.
Welcome to the City of Brotherly Love, @KingJames.

I don't feel any obligation to make work about whatever happens to be dominating the conversation at a given moment...I'm interested in things that remain true regardless of the year they're made. Perhaps that's why I keep returning to landscape.

Sarah Meyohas (@sarahmeyohas) examines the systems that shape how images are created, circulated, and valued. Working across photography, artificial intelligence, blockchain, film, and finance, her practice reveals the structures that increasingly influence contemporary visual culture.
Rather than treating technology as a subject, Meyohas treats it as artistic material. Whether building image datasets from thousands of rose petals, questioning systems of economic exchange through blockchain, or using machine learning to generate new forms, her work asks how value, authorship, and meaning emerge through systems rather than individual objects.
Her work was part of our exhibition Infinite Images: The Art of Algorithms.
