There were 19 @F3Omaha HIM at The Steel Mill Golf and Fitness Club @F3TheSteelMill. We played a couple of loops, focusing on strengthening and stabilizing our core! Be quick to forgive others!
The last time I Q’d @F3TheSteelMill, the Masters beatdown changed lives, but this week will be a bit different, the goal for the men of @F3Omaha is to gain a few yards on our drives without losing our balance! Don’t be late for the 5:30am tee time!
This morning was filled with pride as we celebrated the 3rd birthday of the @F3OMADangerZone. Thanks to @jerridderr and @F3BlkTues for leading this amazing AO. And thanks to the 38 @F3Omaha PAX that celebrated with us!

It was an ol’ fashioned Donnybrook at the @f3belltower today! 19 lucky @F3Omaha PAX experienced the Shenanigans of the Burke brothers. @patburke24
The workout was simple (just 9 exercises) but the muscle confusion and exhaustion were real. These 18 PAX pushed themselves to change and evolve into better men, fathers, brothers, co-workers and students!

It was a 12-some today @F3TheSteelMill for the front nine of Augusta National. These @F3Omaha PAX grumbled as I took them through the first nine holes of the greatest golf tournament every year! Ended with 270 reps of core!

This should be the easiest bi-partisan bill ever passed. No one likes changing clocks, it is disruptive to children, adults, costs millions of dollars and 2 huge headaches every year! Can we get this done @RepDonBacon?
The Senate has finally delivered on something Americans all over the country want: to never have to change their clocks again.
I spoke on the Senate floor about the passage of my bipartisan bill to make #DaylightSavingTime permanent.
