No name on-chain. No image. Just a token with a supply of 1 & 9 decimals.
That day @SolariansNFT went live: "Our automatic minting machine is standing by." Public sale opened 4/20 on a bonding curve, so the price climbed as the bots sold.
Then 8/3/21: new mints switch to the Metaplex format & the older bots get metadata. That evening: "Your beloved Solarians are now showing up in @phantom"
- 4/7/21: Solarian #1 minted
- Curve ran from 4.8 SOL to 35 SOL
- 8/3: ~5,750 early bots get metadata in ~7.5 hours
- 8/31/21: #9900 minted
- 9 decimals for a 1-of-1 robot

Not every 2021 mint sold out in 30 seconds. Some just kept rolling 🏎️
11/1/21: @SolWhips opened the mint on 2,222 car NFTs built for a planned game. An hour before go-time they dropped a 1/1 whip for one of their earliest supporters, a pink ride with a crown on the hood.
Mint link went out at 8:41pm UTC.
Next morning: "Mint went very well, we have lots of whips still to sell." The plan was to close it & focus on building the game.
That evening it was still open at 1 SOL, with a little hopium on top: "Solana NFTs are pumping - maybe the bottom is in?!"

If you ask me what MetaDAO could have done better here?
Well, we could have tried to convince @ZKLSOL, @zinc_cash, @shift_boss, and @WhiteWhaleLabs that building in private wasn’t the best approach, and that using futarchy would have been a better path.
No one really knows how a dual structure might have worked, but I believe it’s always better to build in public, to be transparent and consistent with what you promise.

Durante mucho tiempo fue la que les saco las patas del barro de solana, hoy prácticamente desde hace unos meses 50% de la actividad y billeteras viene de ahi.
Estés en contra o no de pumpdotfun, estés haciendo dinero en las trenches. Déjame decirte que si tu apoyas a la razón principal porque solana siempre lo catalogaran como el "casino cripto"...

I just spent hours reconstructing the exact timeline of Kimchi's alleged hack
And the deeper I went, the more sus it got
At best, this looks like horrible mismanagement
But 3 questions still make ZERO sense:
1. Alon deleted his RT within 2–3 minutes. So he clearly realized something was wrong
Why didn't he immediately warn people NOT to buy???
Not a single word from him or pump fun...
2. Why did Alon RT it in the first place?
This was arguably the biggest partnership Pump Fun has ever done
A campaign at this level is planned down to the minute
3. Why did Kimchi delete ALL his Pump-related tweets afterward if they had an official deal???
By doing that, he basically rugged his own other token
one that had already been indirectly endorsed by Pump Fun itself
