The ease at which Hochul lies here is wild.
New York BANNED natural gas extraction, won’t allow gas hookups to new construction, CLOSED Indian Point nuclear site, is BLOCKING Constitution Pipeline, set expensive climate goals Albany politicians know can’t be reached, and has electric rates MASSIVELY above national average.

Lisa Murkowski was appointed by her governor daddy to the Senate
She voted with Obama 72.3% of the time in 2013
She opposed Brett Kavanaugh for SCOTUS but supported Kentanji Brown
She voted to convict Trump in his 2nd impeachment
She’s lost 2 GOP primaries and been censured by the Alaska Republican Party
She confirmed Lloyd Austin but not Pete Hegseth
Lisa Murkowski is a Democrat

Here is an interesting hypothesis on what is currently going on in Poland:
Since Nord Stream was blown up, German industry is dying, and without cheap Russian gas it simply cannot survive. The war in Ukraine has left only two overland pipelines from Russia to Germany, and both run through Poland: Yamal, with a capacity of 33 billion cubic metres a year, and the Druzhba oil pipeline. Whoever controls Poland controls the possibility to turn them on. To save its industry, Germany must take control of Poland, and that is what it’s doing. Everything else is just noise.
Niemcy aby ratować swój przemysł muszą przejąć kontrolę nad Polską i to właśnie robią. Reszta jest tłem.

Leaders are telling the UK they have '1,000 days to get ready for war' with Putin.
There is no circumstance in which the native British people will accept sending their sons and daughters off to die while illegal migrants live it up in safety at the taxpayer's expense.
People will defend THEIR country for THEIR children.
They will not defend their country so the government can give it to someone else.

Leftist commentators panic whenever trade leverage appears, blinded by sentimental globalism while ignoring raw economic gravity. Canada relies on the American market for over seventy percent of its exports. Washington holds the cards, dictates the tempo, and applies pressure with precision. The era of unconditional American subsidies to complacent neighbors is finished; Ottawa will negotiate because basic arithmetic leaves them no alternative.

Funny how welfare programs nobody pays into never run out of money, but Social Security, the one we actually fund with our own paychecks is always “about to go broke.” Almost like the people running the system care more about buying votes than keeping their word.
PBS just admitted the quiet part out loud.
They want you to believe it’s “NORMAL” to go to bed without knowing who won a congressional race… and then wake up to a candidate who was trailing suddenly pulling ahead after the votes magically come in overnight.
That’s not “normal.” That’s the exact pattern millions of Americans flagged in 2020 and 2022.
Late-counting, selective dumps, and “trust us” is not how a secure election works. It’s how confidence dies.
Stop gaslighting the country. Count the votes on election night. ALL OF THEM.
Troutbum55 retweeted
No, it isn’t.
If you go to bed on election night and don't know who won a midterm congressional race, that's normal. And if you wake up the next morning and find that a candidate who was behind hours earlier has since pulled ahead, that's normal, too. (via @PolitiFact) to.pbs.org/4zqnWBa

82 Years Later, a Lynn Hero Returns Home.
On Friday, October 30, the City of Lynn welcomed home U.S. Army Private Joseph A. Gala, a Lynn native who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country during WWII.
Pvt. Gala was just 21 years old when he was killed in action in Burma on July 14, 1944. After more than eight decades, his remains have finally returned home.
To Pvt. Gala's family, we extend our deepest respect and gratitude for his service and sacrifice.
Welcome home, Private Gala. Lynn has never forgotten you. 🇺🇸

Palin vs Peltola vs Murkowski vs Begich vs NYT vs The Corrupt Political Establishment
Where Have We Seen This Before?
1) Lisa Murkowski ushers in Alaska’s convoluted, confusing, unconstitutional new Ranked Choice Voting system in order to keep her Senate seat.
2) RCV is first implemented in the 2022 Palin vs Peltola Congressional race.
3) RCV disallows primaries (because Lisa couldn’t win a Republican primary up here in Alaska), so the election is a free-for-all and a couple dozen candidates are on the ballot.
4) Alaskans vote; I receive the most votes. Alaskans assume I’ve won. But alas, the dark-money funded, nefarious RCV isn’t designed as your traditional, lawful one-man/one-vote winner-take-all system, and the scheme continues.
5) The votes are tabulated by the computerized, questionable Dominion voting machines.
6) Despite me “winning” the election, RCV forces another round of voting. And another round. And another… it’s a process of elimination until the orchestrated vote-splitting game succeeds in eliminating the candidate with the most first place votes (me) and a less-popular candidate slithers to the top.
7) Politicos choose a recognizable name (Begich, of the notorious democrat dynasty Begich family) as their preferred “Republican” candidate. Under RCV they succeed in splitting the GOP and Independent vote as their guy (Begich) refuses to drop out of the race despite me beating him in every round of voting, and despite him and the establishment obviously knowing how vote splitting works.
8) Right on que, democrats have their candidate who was siphoning votes from Peltola drop out at the last minute, Murkowski endorses the democrat (Peltola) over the Republican (me), the GOP machine flops - and in rolling over enables Peltola’s eventual “victory”.
9) I’m still in a prolonged lawsuit against the NYT for defamation in which they’ve been forced to admit wrongdoing in blaming me for a mass murder, so they don’t cover any scandal wherein I’m proven right. I’m proven right about the fundamentally flawed, unjust RCV system that belongs to the corrupt political machine, but sheep follow NYT’s leading, so nary a word from mainstream media about the original scandal.
10) In all this, the GOP-led Alaska legislature refuses to change the RCV law because dark money funds it and too many involved are typical chicken-hearted politicians, so we citizens are forced to gather tens of thousands of signatures and put it on the ballot to get rid of RCV.
11) The ballot question in legalese is purposefully confusing, as per usual, where a “yes” vote is actually a “no” vote, and our measure is defeated by the slimmest of margins. Our state government, still refusing to fix anything, makes us put it back on the ballot this election where a “yes” vote will repeal RCV.
12) And here we go again:
13) Politicos again support a recognizable, albeit confusing, name on the ballot despite that person having no high-level elected experience nor high-profile GOP association at all, but fits perfectly to siphon votes.
14) Begging the question why, this time media ringleader NYT covers the scandal, though it’s a day late and a dollar short because we’ve been voting our absentee ballots for weeks already with the names Peltola and both Sullivans included. (An aside: I, too, voted absentee in order to travel to my partner’s bedside at a Lower 48 cancer hospital. Losing my loved one last week after his valiant fight reinforces my resolve to FIGHT for what is RIGHT.)
15) Recent coverage of the screwy RCV and corrupt politicos and a weak-kneed GOP that doesn’t know how to FIGHT is too little, too late.
16) This is another “I told you so.” I ran for Congress with pure intent on winning for my state and country, but also knowing I couldn’t win under these shenanigans. I took one for the team to PROVE it. With media’s sudden feigned outrage over unethical politicking, it’s our time to prove it.
- Governor Sarah Palin
