We have moved to a dynamic cover @EvolLetters!! The old image served us well, but we are looking to connect aspiring evolutionary artists with authors for a new initiative. Our first beautiful image is by @jacejostles for this issue’s Editor’s Choice doi.org/10.1093/evlett/qrad0….

📢Out today! @dmdelane and my new paper in #ProcB w/ @ben_dantzer, @McAdam_lab, Boutin & Lane shows that early-life adversity reduces adult lifespan in @KluaneSquirrels... unless they encounter a food boom in later-life. Open access here: royalsocietypublishing.org/d… 📸 @dmdelane

I am a huge fan of @EvolLetters. Did you know that journal revenues come back to our societies (i.e. awards for ECRs)? There are also APC fee waivers for authors from developing countries + some for those who don't have $$ for APCs. Try that on for size, corporate publishers!

BTW, don't be shy about asking for a waiver if you need one!

Interested in *Long-term Research*? How you start? What its good for? Where can you find data? Attend the @LTR_CSEE "unconference" session! I've done a couple of these-they are great fun. But what is an unconference you ask? 1/n @beepeg2023 @CanBotanical @CSEE_SCEE
