This is from my Teaching book at Westchester country club 1976. That’s Jay Haas on the bottom and Ben Hogan on the top going through the most important part of the TheGolf Swing. #golf #1golfschool #biltmorehotel @McLeanGolf @Titleist @FootJoy @gregnormanstyle @Smart2MoveAG @adamyounggolf @brianmanzella @GolfDigest @TourSwingsTommy #golfswings #benhogan

This is a great drill. You keep the two clubs separated as you swing through. Believe me it’s not easy to do. People usually crash the clubs together. This is a great demonstration of how to do it correctly. #golf #1golfschool

When an incredible foursome! #golf @McLeanGolf

We have had five of our teachers when the teacher of the year award for the south Florida portion of the state. I must be 1000 clubs down here on the east and west coast. So proud of Grayson Zacker to win it this year! @adamyounggolf @brianmanzella @MichaelBreed @GOLF_com @GolfChannel @GolfDigest @fried_egg_golf @Garywilliams1Up @TourSwingsTommy @CharlieRymerPGA @mrmattmclean #golf #biltmorehotel

My last visit with Arnold Palmer. He hired me to start up TheGolf channel. I went to his funeral in Latrobe, PA. There is nobody like the king! #golf

I hope Matt Wallace doesn’t read this article that appeared in Golf Digest this month. Read the paragraph. Obviously he’s moving his right thumb a ton. #golf

This is one of my favorite YouTube presentations. No one on the LPGA drove it better than Lexi Thompson for decades. Most people will never understand this picture. I watched her hit thousands of golf balls and she hit drivers out of a cannon and straight. #golf #1golfswing @MichaelBreed @willhaskett @LPGA #ballstriking #thebiltmorehotel @GolfDigest @GolfChannel @GOLF_com @golfweek @southfloridapga @MattMcLean21 @fried_egg_golf @JustinRayGolf @adamyounggolf @sscottpga #lpga @travisfulton @TrackmanGolf

First of all, congratulations to a great comeback by the USA President’s cup team. Captain Snedeker in his interview after the matches said something like this, he was sick of hearing how the USA team— couldn’t come together and people were saying we couldn’t play team golf—it’s been 28 years since the internationals won! But whatever, he was in the heat of the moment. Adam Scott has played on 12 consecutive international teams that have lost. I think Adam would say the USA can play pretty good team golf.

30 yard pitch by Jacob Bridgeman. 65° of shaft angle at address and at impact. Check the left arm at the finish position. This is how it’s done. #1golfschool #golf

Remember when Jack Nicklaus and others told us to play the ball from one position? You have to be insane to think you could play the ball in one position in a round golf. Jack certainly did not. What happens when you have a downhill lie or a sidehill lie. What about when the wind is blowing 40 miles an hour that day. Are you telling me you’re playing bunker shots from one position, fairway bunker shots from one position? What about when you’re hitting a short iron downhill into the wind? What about when you’re trying to hit an intentional hook or intentional slice? Obviously the ball position moves in the game of golf. The illustration here is not perfect either, but it’s a lot closer than the ridiculous idea of playing the ball in one position for all shots. Obviously you would have to change your golf swing massively if you put the ball in one spot off the left heel!!!! #golf #1golfschool @McLeanGolf @GolfDigest @Peter_Morrice @GOLFPASS @JustinRayGolf @Titleist @Smart2MoveAG @PGA @JMayakoba @LouStagner @RonDeSantis @GOLF_com @ColtKnost @AlanShipnuck @fried_egg_golf @adamyounggolf @dewsweepergolf @summerhaysgolf @JonTMcLean @shanebacon @eamonlynch @GolfChannel @JustinRayGolf @Mike_kim714 @willhaskett @CPaulsonGolf @LukeKerrDineen @BiltmoreHotel @scarlettgolfs #ideas #random #jimmcleangolfschools #badideas #golflessons
