Meat Holder Relations: Notice of Treasury Changes On completion of the changes below, approximately 25% of MEAT supply will be out of circulation, through permanent burns and Treasury holdings under a no-sell policy. This figure does not include the 3% Operations allocation described in item 4. The Board has adopted the following policy for the Company's holdings: 1. $META stock All META received by Company wallets is held by the Treasury and is not sold. Accumulating META is the Treasury's purpose. 2. Treasury $MEAT MEAT held by the Treasury is not sold or transferred out. Holdings will be consolidated into a multisig within the next week. Wallet movements will be disclosed on completion. 3. Supply reductions Burns are disclosed after execution, with the transaction and updated total supply. 4. Operations 3% of supply is allocated to an Operations wallet for contributors, competitions, and partnerships. This 3% is separate from the 25% out of circulation. 5. Disclosure Treasury and Operations holdings are published live at meatmeta.com/treasury. Purchases, burns, and transfers are disclosed on completion. The protocol continues to pay holders directly in META stock. The Treasury's own distributions are the accumulation engine. Wallet addresses and current holdings will be published on the treasury page with the consolidation.
