Can we just stick to the point we know what fraud is can we knock off the babification 💤
Fraud is not a paperwork crime. As a latest example, four defendants in PA are charged with allegedly taking control of the Social Security and SNAP benefits of intellectually disabled women. Three also face kidnapping charges as part of the same scheme. These allegations are the result of excellent work by @USAO_EDPA and partners.

That's what we keep complaining about. The people on this list are not on X looking for themselves. We just get bombed with magpie posts saying the same thing over and over.
If you recognize yourself, skip the comments and call your lawyer. @DOLOIG and @VP’s @WHFraudTF are coming for you.

This case is now become Clickbait for the FBI. We know it, move on something more important.💤

It's the same old perception game over and over and over and over and over...
Russian President Vladimir Putin "wanted very much" for U.S. First Lady Melania Trump to mediate the ceasefire in the Russian-occupied city of Oleshky in Kherson Oblast, Marc Beckman, her exclusive senior adviser, told the Kyiv Independent on Oct. 28. kyivindependent.com/exclusiv…

Private equity whore and former @CMSinnovates head Adan Boehler already tried this and his kidney models were shut down. Remember the private equity whore that's now running the CMS innovation department is @ AbeSutton who's a private equity whore from the Paragon stink tank that also worked for Adam Boehler so its no go it quant model dream. So many of these innovation models that Sutton is coming up with are giving the contracts to evaluate them to United healthcare Optum serve Lewin Group. Another great big reason to stay away from the CMS models.🤮

Oh, come on we all know that Mark Cuban is good click babe. I've said that many times before getting desperate when private equity firms have to throw this click bait out there too.😂
Mark Cuban's advice for young people boils down to "there's gonna be two types of companies: those who are great at AI and those who have gone out of business." "And then there's two types of people in how they use AI: those who use AI to learn anything, and those who use AI so they don't have to learn anything." "And if you're one of those people who uses AI so that you can learn anything, and you realize what type of companies and problems aren't being solved by AI, don't be shy to just talk to your AI." "And I say this not just to kids, but to 50 60, 70-year-old entrepreneurs. The biggest challenge right now with entrepreneurs using AI is the comfort level of talking to your AI... there's still a lot of hesitancy." "Just like back in the day, those first spreadsheets, people still had their 10-key adding machine, and they would check it to make sure the spreadsheets were right." "So when you ask me, is there one thing I truly believe, it's everything. Everything will change. This is the greatest transitional technology we have ever seen, and I've been around for all of them, right? This blows them all away." @mcuban @julesyoo @eriktorenberg

This post on X is just another example as to why this day and age we don't need a surgeon general. They just get on here and bang all kinds of noise stuff. You can search the Internet and find💤
Congratulations to Dr. Stephanie Haridopolos on receiving NORD’s Policy Changemaker Award for her work to advance newborn screening. Driven by her passion for helping families find answers and children access timely care, Dr. Haridopolos helped facilitate HHS’ addition of Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) and metachromatic leukodystrophy (MLD) to the Recommended Uniform Screening Panel (RUSP). Early detection can open a critical window for treatment. For eligible children with early-onset MLD, gene therapy before symptoms emerge can improve survival and preserve motor function. For DMD, earlier diagnosis can connect families with specialists and support treatment planning. These additions to the RUSP offer hope for earlier answers, more informed choices, and new possibilities for children and families.

PIMCO not betting big on data centers anymore
🦔Pimco bought about $18 billion of the debt behind Meta’s Louisiana data center last year and $10 billion for Oracle’s Michigan campus, deals that became the template for AI borrowing. It has since sold roughly half of each while prices were high, Bloomberg reports. The Oracle bonds now trade around 88 cents on the dollar. My Take This reminds me of 2006, when banks wrote mortgages and sold them off before the trouble showed up. Pimco ran a cleaner version with AI debt. I don’t think it did anything wrong. It read the market better than its buyers, and those buyers are likely funds that manage other people’s savings. Meta put that Louisiana debt in a separate company so it wouldn’t show up on Meta’s own balance sheet. Lenders know about the full bill even if stock investors don’t, and the cost of insuring Meta’s debt against default hit a record last week. Bond traders usually catch this kind of thing before stock investors do, and right now they’re nervous. Oracle and others copied the same setup, so I’d expect more of this debt to turn up in footnotes most stock investors never read. Hedgie🤗

🚨 LAKE POWELL JUST ROSE ANOTHER 1.5 FEET IN 24 HOURS. THE NUMBERS TELL A REMARKABLE STORY. Lake Powell continues to climb as floodwaters from the San Juan River pour into the reservoir, bringing a significant short-term boost to water levels. But here’s the perspective that really matters. 👇 📈 THE BIG PICTURE: • +1.5 feet in the past 24 hours • 170 feet below full pool • 15 feet below where we stood at this time in 2025 • 47 feet below 2024 levels Now consider this: Utah’s entire spring runoff raised Lake Powell by only about 2 feet this year. The recent surge in inflow is a powerful reminder of just how much water a major storm and flooding event can deliver to the Colorado River system. The San Juan River is a major tributary of the Colorado River, and when it runs high, a substantial volume of that water can eventually make its way into Lake Powell. The reservoir’s response depends on how much water reaches the lake, how long elevated flows persist, and how much water is simultaneously being released downstream. Here’s the reality: This is a significant rebound, but it does not erase the larger water deficit. Lake Powell remains roughly 170 feet below full pool, and we are still well behind the levels recorded over the past two years. The next several days will be important as we watch how much of this floodwater makes it into the reservoir and how quickly the lake continues to rise. Every foot matters. But the long-term water picture is about sustained inflow, snowpack, spring runoff and demand—not just a few days of rapid gains. I’ll keep tracking the numbers and breaking down what they mean for Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam and the Colorado River system.
