I was so pleased to complete the Accelerated Directors Development Scheme (ADDS), it was an amazing programme and gave me the opportunity to learn with fabulous people across the region. To go to work today and receive recognition from my wonderful boss just made me smile!

Wow what an event! I’m shattered and muddy but so worth it!! A valuable cause, a great team spirit and when member of public Marie stopped me and donated all her change, I was just so moved. 🙌🥰💕
Just completed the Titty Trail! What was meant to be an 11-mile walk turned to 12.8 miles! We raised funds for new equipment for our breast cancer unit and walked for a courageous staff member who beat cancer! So proud of everyone! #TittyTrail #BreastCancerAwareness

Out of the office and on the wards today with our NED Heather, meeting staff & speaking with patients & relatives, received great feedback and good suggestions so we can always improve. Well done to the medical wards! 🙌
Watched ‘Delivering Babies’ at Watford Hospital series 4. Emma Willis was fantastic working with the amazing teams and families, sharing with them emotional and precious moments, also was quite special for me too as I was born there! 48 years ago! 😳🥰👶🏻
I always believe how peers treat each other is how they treat their patients. From the professional behaviours, warmth and humour I observed at St Albans site and with patients sharing with me great feedback. I couldn’t be more proud of the teams working there! 🤩@WestHertsNHS
