So proud of our two eco committee members who attended the Stockport Schools' Climate Assembly last week. They spoke brilliantly, listened to and debated lots of ideas from other schools, and then voted for an idea which will be debated by Stockport Councillors. Well done! 👏

Thanks @StockportMBC for organising the first Schools' Climate Assembly ever to happen in the UK last week. Two of our eco committee members were there to join in the debate, and they represented our school brilliantly. Well done to all the schools who took part!

A huge Mersey Vale thank you to the fabulous author/illustrator @sean16_writes who visited us today. We loved your puppetry, your songs and jokes, and your live drawing. We also really enjoyed hearing about how you get the ideas for your stories. Please come and see us again! 📚

Feeling SO EXCITED! You all know I love travelling the world and seeing new places but nothing makes me as happy as going to stay with the learners from @mvpsyearone and finding out more about them. I’ve had my bath and am raring to start going to their houses again this week! 🐶

Loved by children, monsters and adults for 40+ years, David McKee's classic 'Not Now Bernard' is available on your @BorrowBox! If you've never encountered McKee’s pin-sharp tale of busy parents and hungry monsters then now is most definitely the time to do so.
