@ZARA_Care had to queue 1 hour at @ZARA to return a jumper that had been sold to me with a hole in 4 days ago 🤨 never shopping there again!!

@askryanair Absolutely shocking customer service from @Ryanair. My event in Ireland has been cancelled due to the curfew imposed 2 days ago, therefore no reason to travel and no new date yet. Can’t get a refund or voucher, been told to pay £45 per person per flight change fee?!
Been 1 month since I was due to visit @flightclubdarts. Sadly I couldn’t join my friends due to having to isolate - I told them before our session but no reply over 2 emails and still not been sorted on here. Awful customer service!!!

Terrible customer service from @tapairportugal On hold for over an hour & they wouldn’t give a refund due to not being able to travel because of COVID restrictions. Other airlines are being more flexible & so should Tap in these difficult times. Will never use Tap airlines again.

Hilarious that I’ve waited 3 weeks for a redelivery and they’ve done the exact same thing @DHLParcelUK @DunelmUK after I was told this wouldn’t happen and I requested to be left with neighbour 👍🏼
Appalling service from @DHLParcelUK - not only did they ignore my ‘safe place’ and decide doorstep was appropriate, there was no card through the letterbox, their message said it was delivered and signed by me, and since their customer service to help me has been abysmal 😡
