3. Clicking on the three small dots on the right-hand side of the Box tab in the main interface will bring up a list of Box operations. This includes the ability to share and transfer the Box, allowing others to add files to it and turn it into a collaborative workspace.
By clicking on the "Export" button, you can easily export the file information from the current box as an Excel file, making it convenient for users to manage and search for their data.
Click the "Share" button, and enter the desired recipient's UserID or Principal in the "Who" field. Type the message you'd like to send in the "Remark" field, and click "Confirm." The recipient will then be able to view the notification in their "My Message" section.
You can then view the file information within the Box by right-clicking the file to access the available options.
Enter the Box you've created and click the "Upload" button. Select the file you'd like to upload and set the upload parameters. After clicking "Confirm," wait for the upload to complete.(Upon creation, each Box initially has a certain amount of Cycles.)
2. Now you can click the "Create Box" button to create your first Box, fill in the Box details, and set whether it's public or private. After clicking "Confirm," wait for a moment, and you'll see the Box you've created. (Every new user can create one Box for free.)
Afterwards, you will be directed to the following interface, which includes the "Data Panel" and "Account" sections. Your brief personal information will also be displayed in the bottom left corner, and any messages you receive will be presented in the "My Messages" section.
