Still thinking about our first onsite by Metaview last week.
Big thanks to our community who came out, brought the energy, and left with a fresh LinkedIn headshot. 📸

And that's a wrap on our first onsite by Metaview: our product showcase turned brunch party.
We filled The Melody in SF with recruiting and HR leaders from across the Bay Area to demo our newest AI coworker, fillmore, get hands-on with Metaview Screening, and dive into what's next for recruiting.
Want to watch the playback of the speaking sessions and demos presented by Siadhal Magos, Elyse Bogdan, Shahriar Tajbakhsh, and Nicholas Mayhew?

And a huge thank you to everyone who made our first onsite by Metaview one to remember.

getting butts in seats 🤝 getting butts on billboards
fillmore has officially taken over SF for SF Tech Week.
this week, we're hosting our first-ever Metaview Onsite, two free 10x Recruiting community fitness classes, and a few surprises around the city. 🍦
spot us around town? snap a pic, tag Metaview, and we’ll send some cheeky swag your way. 🍑
We talk a lot about getting the right butts in seats. 🍑
Now we’ve got 85 seats of our own to fill.
With another $60M behind us, our most ambitious work is ahead.
We’re looking for exceptional people who care deeply about their craft and want to leave their mark on how the world hires.
London. San Francisco. New York.
Come do your best work yet → metaview.ai/careers
We just raised an additional $60M led by Insight Partners.
With 7,000+ companies hiring on Metaview and $110M in total funding, we’re leading the shift to agentic recruiting.
We’ve come a long way but now it’s time to dial things up. 🔥
More agents. A much bigger Metacrew. A new HQ in New York. fillmore available for everyone. And a whole lot more investment in helping people put AI to work and get the right butts in seats.
Thank you to our customers and investors who continue to support us: @GVteam, Intrepid Growth Partners, @seedcamp, @vertexventures US, @Plural, and @GarudaVentures.

we gave fillmore a new task: review fillmore.
not only is fillmore shipping roles, fillmore is evaluating performance: who was sourced, how the outreach performed, and how well the search delivered against the original hiring brief.
on one recent search for a recruiting agency’s client, fillmore sourced 114 candidates, wrote 103 personalized messages across email and LinkedIn, booked 7 screens, and made the hire off a single InMail.
27 days from first sourcing the candidate to signed offer.
fillmore is doing this across roles, from engineering to supply chain.

agi is already here. we all just need to apply it.
butt first, coffee. 🍑
heyyy SF, want a free coffee on Metaview?
we’re making our Corgi Cafe drink debut next Monday, October 5.
come by @UseCorgi Cafe’s FiDi location (9 Claude Ln) anytime between 9 AM–12 PM and ask for “the fillmore”: a cold brew topped with sweetened cold foam, on us.
stick around to hang with the Metacrew. 🤝

We've been cooking over the weekend with @typesafeai
Pumped to bring this to every talent team on the planet🌐
at @MetaviewAI, over the weekend we shipped @typesafeai's jev into every agent on metaview.
candidate searches in our sourcing product that took minutes now take seconds. same accuracy, ~10x faster, meaningfully cheaper per search.
but the speedup isn't the interesting part. jev let us treat intelligence like software: break each agent into its smallest semantic units, query each one, set our own thresholds, and fix bugs by adding a question — not by begging in a system prompt.
that's a different way to build, and it's now our baseline. credit to the typesafe team.
optimizing for intelligence per dollar has unintuitive consequences. intuitive to @CompleteSkeptic, of course.

we all know that hiring panic mode feeling.
a role without dedicated recruiting support. a pipeline that needs a boost. a hire that needed to be in seat yesterday.
sometimes all three.
that’s exactly what fillmore is for.
work with fillmore like your favorite recruiter in Slack. give fillmore the brief, and fillmore gets to work.
➞ deeply researching candidates
➞ sending personalized outreach
➞ handling follow ups
➞ scheduling screening calls
whatever the req, put fillmore on it and get the right butts in seats faster 🍑
🍑 get the right butts in seats. 🍑
that’s the mission at Metaview.
and exactly what our AI recruiting coworker, fillmore, delivers.
