They realized he wasn't who they were looking for after they had broken his wrist. They dropped him off a mile from school. He walked to school in tears. When he arrived, the school called an ambulance.

Tracy Gordon Black, 64, of Pelzer, was arrested on four counts of first-degree criminal s*xual conduct with a minor under 11 (sexual battery under South Carolina law), plus third-degree s*xual exploitation of a minor and possession of visual depictions of a minor engaged in s*xual activity. Heโs being held without bond.
The charges stem from alleged assaults on the same child under 11 and possession of child s*xual abuse material (including doctored images). The investigation remains active.
