Congratulation to @LDoerkson, British Columbia’s next premier, and the BC Conservative Party on their historic election victory.
I’m looking forward to working together as we unlock our natural resources, continue to break down internal trade barriers and build a more competitive and united Canada from coast to coast to coast.
I also want to thank David Eby for his years of dedicated public service and wish him and his family all the best. Premier Eby has been an important part of Team Canada as we stood up to tariffs and worked together to protect Canadian sovereignty.
Today, MP Menegakis and I joined the Richmond Hill Legion to pay tribute to the veterans who have been laid to rest at Elgin Mills Cemetery, placing poppies at their tombstones to honour their memory and their service.
Thank you to Ross and everyone at the Richmond Hill Legion for everything you do to support veterans, and for ensuring that No Stone is Left Alone.

Thank you to President Stephen Boyne, 1st Vice President Bonnie Robertson and everyone at the Aurora Legion for everything you do to support veterans in our community.

Wonderful to see such a great turnout at New Haven Learning Centre's "Changing Lives Gala" in Mississauga!
Congratulations to Jennifer, John and the entire New Haven team on another successful gala, and thank you for everything you do to support people living with ASD and their families.
Great to meet with Richmond Hill based author Parsa who, at only 12 years old, is currently editing his third book!
Thank you for sharing your talents, and for inspiring other young people to explore creative expression.

Recently, I had the opportunity to meet with Ahva, Niki and Iida, three sisters who recently launched Sisters Story House, a youth-led publishing initiative.
Congratulations on the publication of your first book "Roots in your Boots" and thank you for working to expand and improve literacy for children and youth.

It was great to join Mayor Mrakas for the Aurora Chamber of Commerce "Business Excellence Celebration" as we recognize #SmallBusinessWeek in the province.
Many thanks to Sandra, Alison and the entire team at the Chamber for all that you do to promote and support local businesses, and congratulations to all the organizations who were recognized for their contributions to our community.

🏠 Removing the full 13% HST from new homes
🏗️ Cutting development costs to help build homes faster and more affordably
Together, these measures could save homebuyers up to $200,000 off the cost of a new home.

This evening, Mayor West and I dropped by the HOMA Volleyball Club to celebrate Coach Nasser Pishva for his more than 30 years of support for athletes of all ages in our community.
Coach Pishva, thank you for your decades of tireless dedication to sport.
Great to catch up with Sarah and Myra from Balance Support & Self Care Studios today.
Thank you for a productive conversation.
We’re keeping our promise to protect workers from tariffs and secure the jobs of the future here in Ontario.
Through a landmark $8.7B agreement with the federal government, we’re building roads to the Ring of Fire, strengthening Ontario’s critical minerals supply chain and protecting Ontario's steel and auto workers from U.S. tariffs.

My thoughts are with the loved ones of the resident who lost their life, and to everyone in the community who has been affected by this terrible tragedy. Thank you to Richmond Hill Fire and Emergency Services, York Regional Police, and to every first responder who helped contain the fire and keep the community safe. Michael Parsa

Our government will always stand up for Ontario’s small businesses.
By cutting the small business tax by $1.1 billion, we’re delivering up to $5,000 in savings to local businesses that power #AuroraOakRidgesRichmondHill's economy.
This week and every week, remember to #ShopLocal!

My thoughts are with everybody who has been affected by the terrible incident that took place at CFB Wainwright in Alberta last night, including members of our armed forces and the heroic first responders on the scene.
As Canadians, let’s come together to support our brave men and women in uniform, who put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms and our country. Ontario stands ready to help the recovery efforts however we can.
