Let’s lay out the unvarnished timeline of how both parties are actively running out the clock on our lives. This betrayal started with the Republican Party under Operation Warp Speed, creating the very liability shields that protected pharmaceutical giants. It then handed off to the Democratic Party in 2021, where they heavily enforced mandates and actively hid the raw records of deaths and severe injuries from the public.
Now, with a Republican administration back in power, absolutely nothing has changed. The corporate shields remain firmly in place. @RepThomasMassie’s PREP Repeal Act (H.R. 4388) and @RepChipRoy’s LIABLE Act sit completely dead in committee because neither side wants to tear down manufacturer immunity.
Instead, the PREP Act liability shield was quietly extended all the way to December 31, 2029. Think about the calculated mathematics of this trap: they lock in corporate immunity until 2029, while letting the strict 1-year CICP statutes of limitations legally run out and lock out early 2021 injuries.
It is a bipartisan, coordinated stall tactic to ensure that by the time the shields ever come down, the injured are completely barred by the clock. They are running the timeline to protect pharmaceutical cash while we are systematically sacrificed. The time for accountability is right now.

There is a massive, growing population of vaccine-injured constituents right here in the state of Florida. If our representatives refuse to speak to us, answer our public records requests, or listen to us as constituents, then we have a severe breakdown in representation.
